root access gain only with unlocked bootloader, unlocking need unlock code, the code claim only paid service in dc unlocker, huawei never send bootloader unlock code after middle summer...
lte band cant change, different model different modem chip and baseband firmware

You need to unlock bootloader 1st, if you are from India then u r lucky , u can get it done from service centre. Then flash compatible recovery n root

i'm going to buy the galaxy note from a phone provider in my country, the galaxy note has a chance of 90% to be locked, and i want to use other sims on it, so, is there any way i can unlock my note for free? i've also read that i can unlock it with the "galaxy s unlocker" app but i need the kj4 kernel(the method is the sam as SGS2 method), so, can i flash this kernel to my phone then root and after that unlock it with the app mentioned before? and can i flash custom roms even my phone is locked? i need a fast reply as im buying it either today or tomorrow :l
another thing, can some one give me galaxy s ii unlocking method with the "galaxy s unlock" app?

i actually didnt buy it till now, my network provider gets the note from samsung provider in my country and samsung provider is out of stock so... i have to wait till the end of this month, and it seems that galaxy notes sold by my network provider is unlocked,

You can get it unlocked remotely, I made a video and got the unlock code for free, my Galaxy Note was locked to At&t and I'm using T-Mobile Service with it now.

Use ODIN to downgrade to 5.0.1 or 4.4.4, put the unlock code in, then upgrade back to 5.1.1. Otherwise you'll have to either unlock it officially through T-Mobile, or pay a third party unlocking service to do it for you. There is one guy here on XDA that can supposedly unlock phones that use the Device Unlock app, but he wants $45 for it, which I think is a total rip-off.

Anyone know of a trustworthy way of network unlocking the P9 ? I have received the device as a gift, but I don't use Vodafone and instead use EE.
I have in the meanwhile placed an order with sim-unlock.net but they take upto 8 working days to send unlock code
Any help appreciated.

I used dc-unlocker and received the code instantly. I also unlocked the bootloader at the same time.

€4 to unlock the network and a further €4 if you want to unlock the bootloader.
If you do the latter, note that you need to enable OEM Bootloader unlocking in the settings else it won't work.
Any further confirmations that dc-unlocker works? O2 PAYG/locked P9 on the way.

dc-unlocker worked perfectly on my UK Vodafone locked Huawei P9

Is the network unlock permanent? I mean, will it still be there if you are flash the phone with another ROM?
Hey guys just wish to let you know that i've given it a try as gambling 4 euro was not a problem (£3.67)
I can confirm that it worked on my P9 on the 12/12/17. it was on Vodafone and now it allows a GiffGaff Sim (O2)
The only thing i will say is the DC Unlocker did not find my phone while connected to a usb 3 socket but all good once i swapped it to usb 2
The whole thing took about 10 mins and the software does it all for you once you have got ur credits and login details.
So dont pay through the nose at your over priced high street store when you can easily read a few steep here and be sorting in mins.

No you can't simply unlock network bands without modifying codes related to processor.
