Never noticed it before, but yes - probably a floating lens element (quite a common design in newer lenses).

first time we think it is a dust in lens, but if it a real dust it must change a location of photos
and They're think it is a problem in camera censor
I want to know a truth of this problem
who have a problem like this?
It most prob is a dust in the lens or glass assembly itself. Otherwise your sensor has some dead pixels(unlikely).
Shine a torch in the camera and see if you can spot scratches or dust.

In a way yes, this is the first generation of plastic OLED, and no it isn't exactly perfect. My screen is also a bit grainy.

I've gotten used to it. It is what it is. The overall speed and, for the lack of better description, joy, of using this phone, imho far outweighs the paper-like graininess of the display.
And I actually have come to enjoy the more 'natural feeling' it has. I look at my note 2 and it almost seems 'plastic' looking, if that's understandable at all.

What can I do in this case?
Use your T-shirt to wipe the lens a little bit, then try again, and try not to move..!
Is the bootloader unlocked? If yes in order to make things work again you have to flash a custom rom like nakazaki rom or superslim.

It needs to be backwards compatible with expensive accessories like twin view dock 2

I'll probably hop on it if the same great ROG Phone 2 features are intact (front-facing speakers, flat display, subtle curves on the display corners, headphone jack, air triggers), and the features that need some work (the actual display and the camera). The price though, will be a whopper due to the SD865.

Can't get hole punch notification light to work?

The stock EdgeLighting and I downloaded EdgeLighting+ and I still cannot get the camera hole punch notification light to work on either the outer or inner screens. I assume the correct option would be "Eclipse" but when I press it nothing happens?

I'm using Always On Edge from the Play Store.
I've used it on past few galaxy models and it works really well, minimal impact to battery life.
Settings can be a bit tricky but it's easy enough to work out. I've raised a few issues with the dev and he always responds and sorts it really quickly. At the minute I can only get it working on either the front or inside screen, not both at the same time due to the camera placement. I've contacted dev to see if that would be something he could implement.
Use the app called Aod Notify. Perfect app.
