In root explorer, mount the system directory as R/W. Then delete.... If it doesn't work, then your Magisk root isn't working properly.

I don't have problems with Root Explorer or any other app needing root on Q. Just an FYI Root explorer has a R/W button that toggles to R/O that you will need to press if it doesn't ask you to remount automatically. I would try re-installing Magisk from the Magisk manager itself and choosing the Direct Install option. If it can't re-install itself, it will error out and means you don't have root. Using Magisk Canary builds work without issues for me on Q. I have included screenshots showing root.
FYI i also originally installed 10.3.5 Official Global Stable -wiped and Formatted DATA. I had dirty flashed all of the weekly EU ROMS starting with 9.9.27, then 10.11, then 10.17 today. I only flashed latest Canary Magisk after every weekly dirty flash.

Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Global Miui 10 - Can't mount system r/w

So as the title says, I can't edit the system partition in Android which is really annoying. I've been trying to install busybox and managed it via a Magisk Module, but can't remove system apps in Titanium Backup.
I've tried ADB but it won't work, I've tried TWRP and that didn't work so I chanaged to OrangeFox TWRP and that works.
Any ideas how to allow system r/w?

Question Root problem

Hello everyone, I have a problem with root my A33M variant, my problem is that it won't let me mount r/o in root explorer and in any explorer, does anyone else have this problem? I want to debloat
First you have to flash Magisk.zip with your custom recovery to get root succesfully then you can use lucky patcher to debload or uninstall system apps

How to mount andoid system

magisk v26.1 android 12
Android version above 9 or 10 cannot mount system as rw. You need to create a Magisk module to replace or change anything in system partition. On mount it will Magic Mount the module systemlessly.
