My rooted A2 doesn't charge being turned off - Xiaomi Mi A2 / 6X Questions & Answers

Hi all,
I have unlocked and rooted with magisk my A2. Now, when I try to charge being the phone turned on, first I see the advertising screen about unlocked bootloader and then it stuck at white boot screen. What's happening, why I can't charge it being turned off?
Thank you guys!
Edit: I made a fresh install and turned off charging works again, but when I root with magisk, the issue backs, so Magisk is the problem :S

Note 3 Battery died, now wont boot.

So I was at work and my phone had 5% battery left approximately so i shut it down to be able to use it right after my shift ends. So when my shift ended, i tried to boot my phone back up and it makes it to the ATT splash screen but will not go any farther. I rebooted into recovery mode and my phone showed battery at 1%. I placed my phone on the stock usb 3.0 charger and it showed that it was charging. i tried booting again after a while but it wont get past that splash screen. During the time that its stuck on the splash screen, the blue LED pulses.
Its been charging for an hour and the battery logo is showing at least 50% now but it still wont boot past that screen
Im on 4.4.2 and its rooted (i have the safestrap recovery). this has happened before but i didnt have the patience and reflashed the stock kitkat firmware through odin and re-rooted. I lost all my data and would like to avoid doing that again. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried everything with no luck. Ended up just reflashing my firmware again. I'd like to know what that issue was however, in case it happens again.
Alright, did you install any xposed modules or anything of that sort?

i did not, it was 100% stock 4.4.2 firmware, rooted with towel root and safestrap 3.75
System tuner is an app i use, and i changed some build.prop info such as dalvik vm heap growth limit, start size, and wifi scan interval. but thats about it
Sorry for the late reply but these changes could simply be your problem. Though I am unsure of this it's really the only thing that would make sense besides a hardware issue

[SOLVED] Black screen on boot after removing KingRoot

Hello all,
A few months ago I rooted my phone using KingRoot, because it was the only thing that I could get working. However, they added some lock screen with ads which kept on messing up after I plugged my charger in. I used Super Sume pro to remove KingRoot and it required me to reboot, but now my screen only turns black after the startup animation.
Also I can't get into recovery mode for some reason.
Help
EDIT: It's the stock rom, C6903
Download stock rom and flash via flashtools
Thanks for your response, but I fixed it with the Sony PC Companion update tool.

softbricked 6? stuck at boot animation

Was running stock 6.0.1 in unlocked mode, and applied the 7.0 OTA Tuesday AM. Phone booted fine, with the exception that the 6.0.1 boot animation displaying. Phone booted into 7.0, so whatever. worked great for 2 days, when i woke up yesterday screen wouldn't turn on, so hold the the power button and re-start. Phone got to boot animation and stayed there for an hour until i shut it off, never got to the pattern unlock screen. I've tried wiping it, factory resetting it, installing TWRP to wipe and install, nothing, still stuck at the boot animation, no matter how long i let it sit. I've tried flashing other roms, with the same results. I can get into bootloader and recovery without issue, and can flash without errors (that i'm aware of) but always have the same result. Any thoughts? Or am i going phone shopping today?

Advice: Post TWRP flash/Magisk flash and root, stuck on loop and won’t charge

Hi all. Apologies if I am in the wrong spot or posting incorrectly.
I recently decided to give flashing a go on an old Note 9 as I had upgraded. I managed to flash TWRP properly, flashed Magisk properly and rooted.
‘’all was working fine and my phone discharged and when I went to recharge, it is stuck in boot loop moments after attaching charger and won’t charge. I can get into TWRP and have tried wiping and flashing uninstall for Magisk to remove root, same error. I stupidly didn’t create a backup when previously installing TWRP. I now doubt I will be able to maintain any sort of charge to recover via Odin if needed as well.
any suggestions greatly appreciated
further to this… managed to get it locked on download screen after trying to flash stock rom. Only managed to remove it by reflashing TWRP but still loops
not sure where to ask this but my phone umidig play1 does not have power and volume down buttons working...i had water in it..only the volume UP works lol..so im stuck in the android recovery/bootloader screen now... anyone know how to get the phone to bootup with NO power and no volume down working buttons? or i'm F**ked? thx

Question Black screen after boot

Hi everybody!
I recently purchased mi 11, after owning mi 10.
Since recently, a strange thing happens after some time. After using phone for a while, the sound does not work. After restart, the phone goes through boot proces, miui logo shows up, and after that only the black screen appears.
I then would go to the recovery mode, select safe mode or repair mode, and after couple of tries the phone boots normally. Everything else works, it is on global miui, bootloader is not unlocked.
Anybody has any idea why is this happening and is there a solution?
Thanks!
