Problem of changing of font in some places ..
Is anybody else having this problem.or anybody can tell me what to do
This is definitely new. Did you install a theme recently?
This is an Accessibility setting.
Try this: Settings --> Accessibility --> Experimental --> High contrast text --> turn OFF.
I'm not sure these are the correct menu names, my phone is Italian, hope I translated it good enough
Thank u

You can try to change this in Settings -> System -> Regional settings -> Time
If the first option is not correction your problem..
Go to regional setting
Time tab
for 24h:
H:mm:ss

This is my firts WM device so ...
I was wondering if there is a setting or registry key where I can change the basic setting for the backlight auto-adjust.
I think the feature is great but on the bright side.
regards
andilein
I was wondering if i could change this too, but mines too dark as standard.
agree. i'd like to change that, too.
same here - also I would slightly un-dimm the 'dimmed when locked'
I see what I can do...
There is a setting fot that.....
START - SETTINGS - SYSTEM - "POWERSETTING = battery icon" - "BACKLIGHT" and uncheck the auto adjust, and move the sliders to whatever you want.
" " = I have Swedish system so I am not sure what it is called in other languages, I am guessing those words, but I am sure you will find it.

How do I make the clock in display digital time instead of AM/PM mode?
Can't find the setting anywhere!
Using SwiftBLs rom v 5.5...
Start > Settings > System > Regional Settings and choose your region.
Changing regional settings requires a softreset afterwards.

i think you intended to say:
Start > Settings > System > Regional Settings > Time > Time Style
..
That method didn't work for me .. I ended up changing the registry setting
HKLM\nls\overrides\ITime
Thanks a bunch, works for me!!
Easy method is just to go into the time section of regional settings and simply delete the AM & PM option.

Force of habit for me, can't stand the am/pm malarky so I just delete the text option on all things that have it. It's not that brute force tbh, just remove the text from the drop down box and if you ever want it back then just type it back in
I've got a problem with my clock in TF now too - and I've not installed any new software or tweaked anything.
All of a sudden it's in 24hr (which I want) but without a leading zero. Also when I go 'back home' very briefly I see an AM/PM symbol on the zero before it flips over to the current time.
I've searched everywhere, reset my phone, regional settings from something else back to UK, looked in the tls registry entry but can't find anything that will put it back to the HH:mm format.
Any ideas? Will reinstalling TF work do you think?
i think it is once again:
Start > Settings > System > Regional Settings > Time > Time Style (see post #3)
try and let us know..
Unfortunately this doesn't work either as there is only one setting there. I've even tried reinstalling Manila.
It's bizarre. I get HH:mm after 12pm but in the morning it's showing as H:mm rather than HH:mm - plus there is a small AM on the first digit. All as if Manila thinks it should show 12hr time in the AM and then 24hr time in the PM!
It's telling the time so I suppose it's no biggie but it's not what I'm used to and I don't know why it's just suddenly doing it and I can't fix it.
The clock on the taskbar is correct which makes it even more weird.
Anyone know of any other reg settings to force a fix?
Hello everybody,
I've got a problem with navigation iGo 8.3 on HD2. When I wanna navigate, my display is going sleep after some time (about 10s). That interval is ok with normal use (in system), but not with navigation ofcourse. Is there any cab for "never sleeping iGo" please? I didn't found anything like that.... please help.
Thaks.
There's no cab file needed. just go to settings -> device settings -> power management -> change the default setting to "always on" and you're done.
Hi Guys
So I tried the CM9 rom, and one thing that really annoys me is the haptic feedback when pressing the soft keys and when typing. Is there a way to reduce it(NOT turn it off) like in CM7 ?
For the soft keys,go to settings/sound and untick "vibrate on touch"
and for keyboard haptive feedback, go to settings/language and input, there you have settings for android keybord, click there and untick "vibrate on keypress". I tryed both,it works... Hope i helped
I Didnt want to turn it off .... just reduce as you can in CM7
I think that this option is still without adding
Try looking around in the "Dev Tools" app, it might be there, just like you can reduce the brightness on the touchbuttons!
To lower the vibrations for keyboard-touches you have to go to settings > language & input > Android keyboard settings > advanced settings > keypress vibration duration settings
I know that it says "duration", but a lower duration also lowers the intensity of the vibration.
Haven't found a possibility to lower vibration for the touchkeys... i guess there's an app for that.
I have been looking for the possibility to lower the vibration intensity for the touchkeys too, it's just too high for the moment and i'm even more annoyed using the phone with haptic feedback turned off :S
they have merged the feature in the latest nightlies, you'll find it under the advanced settings

I use a different rom on my Jiayu G4 phone, Android 4.2.1. Which file(s) can I manually edit in the filesystem to change ms duration number? I have root access.
