Sometimes (mostly in the morning when I have a first look at my phone) the is a pictogram in the right top of my phone. A telephone, a 'one' and something else but I don't know what this pictogram means. After a little while it disappears, and in the meantime there is no malfunction. Could not find any explanation on the www. Any ideas?
Hi
It means LTE on 4G network, should be better, but i'm not sure, I think I get disconnected much more than I used to.
Seems like VoWiFi icon. I haven't seen it or used VoWiFi, so I can't be sure, but that icon does look like phone with a WiFi.
Broadcasted from Zeta Reticuli
Allows 4G online calls.

looking for a way to boost my signal becuase i only have 1 bar an my signal is to low for me to even use the web on my phone.
If it’s a Kaiser, try turning 3g off with one of the many com managers about. It worked for me.
Or move to an area with better coverage?
For Some reason, on quite a few of the roms (Phoenix 3 and Virtually all the PDA Corner Roms) if I kept SMS threading on, people would only get the original text, and when i turned it off, people would get 2 of the same message, what is the problem???
I am facing the same problem with my handset , the only difference is that I dont need to switch off my set, as it is multiple messages are delivered from my cell although I send just one!

If you look in PDA Ultimate 6.1 thread you will see some people got over this by changing there H-SPL another possibility is that the network is the problem.............
Loopt connects you to your friends and the places around you. See where your friends are and what they’re doing. Connect on the fly and instantly share photos, comments, and cool places. Turn your phone into a social compass and never be bored or lonely again!

Note: This doesn't work in some regions
And Sorry if i am wrong
Just make one thread and put all of your apps in there, instead of making 4 different threads.
This is cool.
@mattfmartin
Thanks for the idea i will do as from my next post onwards
this app not available in south africa
Does anyone know why my signal status icon is greyed out when wifi is connected instead of just disappearing? I've got a Rogers XT1058 and when I'm running the Rogers OTA it doesn't happen. But every time I try to flash anything else, I get the greyed out icon. Is this the way it looks for everyone else? Here's what I'm talking about:

Anyone? Just want to know if this is what everyone else is seeing. On every other ROM, phone, etc I've ever used the signal type icon goes away when WiFi is connected.
It pops up about once per hour and displays for about a second before going away.

I have never seen it, it might be some carrier related service, IDK
WiFi calling?
Strike that. It means you're sharing your location on Google maps and when you see the icon it's updating.
That is a new icon....
