Remove tra id from samsung galaxy note 8 phone (model N950F)

Hello everyone. My mobile phone has tra id which is set to united arab emirates but I live in Mauritius. Whenever I use bixby, the phone gives me themes and wallpapers which is uae related. i want to change the tra id to Mauritius or remove it. How may I do that? Please note that I am new to this forum and if you can help, please explain step by step.
My phone (model N950F) settings read as follows :

TA : 00000000/00
