SKYPE - why does it work?

Hello,
Skype on my HTC Touch Pro working only after installing. When I try use it next time, i couldn't see any contact enable. Also Echo doesn/t work.
Anybody knows why?

Hi,
I was just wandering if there is a ROM which gives a windows phone 7 look/theme to the phone. I know that I can download launcher 7 and all, but I want a rom that changes all the standard apps (like calls and messaging and contacts) to look like windows phone 7...
