Hi guys, I noticed something with the Mi a2 today. If i have my headphones plugged in (listening to something) and i receive any notification, the audio playback shifts to the loud speaker (for a few seconds) and it goes back to the headphones. Can anyone confirm this issue, bug or whatever that is? Cause in ANY other phone, you receive the notification sound in your default connected audio output and the speaker is only if you received a call.
Please confirm on this issue cause it might be only my device.

Sometimes my SGS play all the sound from earpiece.
Without earphone pluged in.
Without bluetooth devices.
But it works again after reboot.

Sometimes my SGS also plays all sounds from the ear piece and not from the speakers. I never experienced this before :S

Hi, similar thing happens to me too, but only after disconnecting from my car's stereo via BT. haven't tested on other BT stereo though.
yes. all audio seems to be rerouted from both external speakers (earpiece and rear speakers) to the audio jack or BT channel.

I once had this problem, but I just rebooted my phone and then it was ok.
Earlier today, I tried connecting my One to a portable speaker and the sound output was extremely low ( both the speakers and phone was at max volume)
But when my friend played through the speakers with his phone, it was all right. I didn't pay much attention to it.
Now after getting back home, thought I'd try once again, and when I connected my earphones, in the volume output is very low ( max music volume)
The phone recognizes my earphones, both the boomsound speakers work fine.. The only problem is with my earphone jack.
Does anyone have a clue why this is happening, and is it a software issue, any solutions

I recently received moto g 2nd gen, and I noticed that during phone call, the sound comes out of the stereo speaker even if I did not press the speaker icon. And when I pressed the speaker icon, the sound gets really loud, depressed it and the sound still comes out of both speaker.
Somebody had encountered the same problem?

I tested it with headset connected and the voice still comes out of the speaker.

I was wondering if it is just me, but these are the issues my Nokia 8 has:
-media volume control starts at 40%, so wired headphones are way too loud even on lowest setting
-Bluetooth audio quality is just horrible, with hisses and buzzing,same headphones work fine with other devices
-hiss while using external speaker. Every time a sound is output, there will be a hiss/buzz that continues for a couple seconds after sound output stops
Any experiences with that? And more importantly, any fix?

It must be your phone only.
I've no issues with audio at all.
Audio quality over Bluetooth is really good, much better than any other phone I've owned.

I am using this device from past one month.
Facing a problem that during full screen media runing on loudspeaker like games or videos in loud speaker, if I receive any call and turn speaker on the sound of the media getting distorted, some crackling weird sound. Sometimes it continues after hang up the call.
I updated to March build, but still no improvement.
Is it software bug or hardware issue.
