My device is J7 Prime 2 (G611F). I can only flash TWRP after a week because yesterday I flashed the official rom on my phone. I have to wait 7 days before flashing my phone with "TWPR" or making a root. I can only see the option "Unlock OEM" in the "Developer" mode after 7 days. Do you know a procedure to go beyond the week and root the phone ?. I tried with the procedure to delay the date more than a week but without results.

If you're gonna be flashing SM-G610X's TWRP don't flash the latest version or you might have problems with internal storage mount

I flashed "Millinium Rom 2". The rom works perfectly. The root is OK. The Rom is fast and light. The only problem I noticed is about the selfi camera. The front camera does'nt work.

You can flash any custom Rom intended for J7 Prime. But you have to root the device with Magisk.
* Personally my device is J7 Prime 2 and I use now: Venom -v3 thread by [email protected]. The Rom works perfectly and there are no mistakes.

Hi guys i just found this on the chinese Flyme Site and downloaded it. It is very stable runs without any problems but i set animations to 0.5x cuz 1x was too slow
it has almost no bugs instead of some delays when opening apps. just watch the video u will understand what i mean. u can also get a basic look of the rom in the video.

Its work for me, install supersu first, then untick "mount separation blablabla" in the Supersu, then reboot, try again

When I try to flash this ROM it says "can't mount *blah blah blah* device or resource busy" after that it gives me error code 7

ok. thanks it worked! yet if i clean flash 5.1.6 the settings will crash and i was not able to use phone as it wont let me to the next step.
i flashed older version and updated to newest. thats how i avoided the problem.
one last thing... how do i enable root? i cant seem to find any option. Also i cant install supersu because it fails.
i just nneed Viper4android inside my phone.

2. Boot device into fastboot mode
3. Open "8976_fastboot_all_images.bat" from extracted files. CAUTION: all data on INTERNAL STORAGE will b LOST
4.wait for rom to flash(reboots automatically)
if u need twrp now:
1. boot again into fastboot mode
2. Flash any twrp u like

It is probably Global Beta 6.7.21, that was for short uploaded on MIUI forum by mistake. It was removed few minutes later. It is MM rom but only for developers internal testing.
If it's 6.7.21 Beta, ROM cannot be updated to later Beta versions (OTA is not supported)

My Blu Vivo XL has stock 5.1 rooted, but even I restored to stock unroot ROM+ stock recovery, it always failed OTA to MM.

Just enable "Zip signature verification" before falshing ROM in TWRP.
Did work on every device with every ROM with Status 7 on me.
Help me .Not.able to turn on mobile data.Front cam is making picture longer .And fingerprint is missing many times.Even.registered one finger many times

Can you build TWRP for a start?
Got mine on Thursday... loving it! Excited to see what's coming for the device. I'm no dev, but if you need anything from the device (files etc) let me know and I'll do my best to help. XDA has been good to me over the years.

Already did, its a port of the moto g5 plus, ive compiled kernel and modded the twrp img with it, working fine, also applied magisk root, all working fine. Now im building device tree for build Resurrection remix

I am a bit confused.! So, are you guys saying that there is a TWRP available for this phone already. If yes, can someone kindly pass me the link for the tutorial. I am not a developer nor a noob. All i need is just steps guys....just steps. :victory:

Dude, can you help me with something. I kind of bricked my device. Can you kindly take a backup of your stock rom in TWRP and upload it somewhere. I cant get into my rom as i accidentally wiped the data.

Im waiting for Motorola release kernel sources, ive already make device/vendor tree but i need kernel sources for a working camera/flash

Its alright if the camera is not working. At least i can make phone calls. It is dead now. or, can you give me your stock twrp backup that i can restore ?
