No apps are included, u have to include in data/app and flash in recovery

Den we need to rezip it after placing files in dat folder ....

You can, but after factory reset/flashing a new ROM, you have to waste 30min in installing all apps. So this will do the job

also u can do that with root

i have tested and Posted it bro

But this is another zip file. It's only 7,25 mb. The one I found here is 41mb ? Which should I flash for the oneplus 3 ?

Bro. 1st see whether ur ROM supports frames version or .mp4 version by going to
Root/system/media
If it is a frames version (I mean - the contents are of .png) then flash 41 mb files
But if the contents is of start.mp4 then flash 7 mb file

How to remove this boot animation? Or undo it?
Should I flash any other animation or any other way
Please let me know.

Why you prepare that? 18mb boot image can root phone. 2.6gb is so big :/

He uploaded the whole rom, which is actually also nice.

if you could clean the bloatware it will be good. This File too big

It is nice you uploaded, but I wish people took the effort to do it as flashable zips with folders (instead of .sin etc), so people can debloat to their liking

SOFTWARE GUIDE
1) Downgrade to Nougat Stock if you are on Oreo and download and decompress the package called "Miui 9 for Zenfone 3 by fosseperme" at this link https://drive.google.com/open?id=12b565iiR2ZTPoRfeCmE5lKw4kXde7szE
2) Go in TWRP Recovery and do a full wipe (data, system, dalvik and cache)
4) Now enter in fastboot (with the phone connected to the pc) and run the setup.bat (contained in the package)
Now try if works!

Those files are from asus rom or from miui rom? Because a long time ago i flashed those files from miui rom and my phone got an hard brick and i sent to service center

files mbn are of miui rom as is the procedure of porting, but can be removed because not necessary...now i ll remove all files not necessary from rom.
