Yes I know how to extract. The problem is my net connection which is slow, it will takes some times to download the whole package. If only the recovery image, the file size is small.

i saw many people having trouble with vns-l21 downgrad...so let me help you!
1.Install N twrp from BadWolf
2. Flash the zip from this post
3. Put the MM UPDATE.APP in the DLOAD folder on SD CARD
4. Install it using the 3 button method
5. Factory reset
6. DONE!!

download MM for VNS-L21 (it doesn;t matter what CXX needs)
and the oem i will send to you will be REQUIRED for downgrading.
flash the OEM the one i will send to you...ONLY

Ok i can help you. Just download any full firmware of nougat. Use Huawei update extractor and extract the recovery.img from update.app
Then flash it using fast boot method. And then download the roll back package to marshmallow corresponding to your region. Use dload method and flash it. Then download stock marshmallow ROM and flash it by dload method. You will be back to stock.

I flashed the rollback file but marshmellow firmware is unable to flash it

What is your exact firmware version? Download the roll back package from huawei support of your country. And download marshmallow oldest available full firmware.

I was on EVA-L09C432B386 but now the build number is EVA-L09C900B300 because of the rollback file

Yes, I flashed this firmware - H8266_Customized CE1_1313-3193_51.1.A.11.51_R7A.tar.gz
and then, flashed the files in the corresponding twrp folder - 2018-10-11_16.20+2.00_51.1.A.11.51.tar.gz

Tell me another thing, do we have to remove --disable-verity --disable-verification from this command-
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
