themeGalaxy / icons compilation - Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Questions and Answers

Is it possible to create an icon pack with themeGalaxy?
In the full version I can see this option but instead of the icon pack it creates a theme :/
Is there any other program that I could create a pack of icons that would be visible in the Samsung theme app?
