From what i found so far there is Already a fixed for the theme problem and fingerprint problem on WW. The only problem left is we need to manually update for the system.
I plan to order from ebay, and currently there are 2 type of different version they have. The Original CN Ver and Tencent with Global Rom.
My question is:
1. If i am mainly will be using English as the language, should i buy the CN Rom or Global Rom?
2. If there any problem with the CN Rom for google app, like google pay, banking app, and others that need a non root devices to run?

Republic of Gamers update to Android 10

Hello,
I have just purchased a new Asus Republic of Gamers 12gb/512gb CN version from a UK seller but it has the WW rom listed both for the main rom and for the fingerprint (they are the same - I have checked). It has Android 9 but I want to update it to Android 10.
No updates are available through the automated system update and I have tried manually installing the various roms that are available but it constantly returns "System Update Failed".
Three questions:
1. Is it capable of being updated since it is a CN phone but with WW rom?
2. If it can be updated in its current set-up, which rom do I need?
3. If not, do I need to flash it back to a CN rom so that the rom is the same as the phone (i.e. both CN rather than CN for the phone, and WW for the rom)?

I think you need to update to latest android 9 (.64) rom before you can update to android 10

You need full GSF, so you will need to change to either the Xiaomi EU ROM, Global or EEA, well any version than stock Chinese where the full GSF is installed.

You need the Wear OS app Chinese version, it will work in the China ROM.

Yes it will have a minimal functionality. if you want to use full then you have to switch to ROM other than China.

Hi there seblefb thanks for sharing the rooted rom, is it possible for you to provide us with a step by step howto of how you made this rooted rom? i wish to achieve a similiar result but on my A605G (A6+ 2018 3gb ram 32gb storage) that is already udpated to Android 10, and it also seems like ure also an indonesian judging by the product code that u have specified in your rooted rom, we might aswell have a litlte chit chat outside of this forum so we can talk in indonesian
