Tried on roms that problematic, it didn't work unfortunately. VoLTE only works on AOSiP and MSM-Xtended for me. Also without this patch.

Please Help Me ! VoLTE still not Working (Nitrogen OS 9.0) Op3
Hi ! tried contacting through telegram but count find you ! ... Anyway I am using One plus A3003 and recently flashed Nitrogen OS 9.0 (5th October 2018). But my Jio VoLTE doesn't work. I flashed Magisk 17.1 and when I wanted to flash your module through Magisk File Manager I couldn't select it, so did it through TWRP 3.1.1 . But still I am not getting VoLTE, though Magisk says Module enabled (jamal 23k7) !! Please HELP !
Do you think by any chance it might work for the oneplus 2? I am kinda new , so dont know much. Thanks in advance.
I had flashed the Lineage OS 16 on my Oneplus 3, but since VoLTE did not work on it, I reverted back to Oxygen. Would this patch work on the Lineage OS 16? My main calling sim is the Jio VoLTE sim, it is essential that VoLTE works.

Hello !
I have some question, hope that you can help me.
1. I want to install the Xposed module but i want to knw if it's stable on the Mi Mix ROM.
I'm asking that because i came from a Xperia Z Ultra and the Xposed module wasn't that stable...
2. I want to change of ROM, how can i perform a clean install and kepp my actual apps, is there a way ?
ANNEXE : I encounter some issue on my Xiaomi eu ROM, hope you can help me to find something
Here is my problem :
1 - The first one is my fingerprint sensors works 1/2 on the lockscreen, it's like that since the stable update of the 14 jun 2017. You need to know that the fingerprint sensor works well for unlocking app and else..
2 - The research function doesn't work at all, I have an error (cf : video). whatever the choices that i make the problem will still the same...
Can you please help me ??
Best Regards,
LordBli
Sorry, I wish I could help. I to want to root my device so that I can flash custom roms too, but I've all but given up on that. I don't know why you mean though, when it comes to your second question -
"The research function doesn't work at all, I have an error (cf : video). whatever the choices that i make the problem will still the same..."
Xposed works great on MIUI 8 (8.5) (Android 6)
If u want keep MIUI or change ROM to pure android :
Universal method >
1 - Titanium backup 'but need some permissions for MIUI to works and need confirm manually for each apps who will be restored (MIUI and AOSP/LOS)
MIUI specific >
2 - MIUI integrate a similar function in backup/restore item in settings under factory reset (work like a charm too and no action is required > MIUI only)
Both store backuped elements in internal storage then u can easily clone it on ur desktop !!!

First of all you have to unlock your bootloader then flash your recovery, here is a link that might help you : http://en.miui.com/thread-424221-1-1.html

Without additional information, it's quite difficult to assist.
Firstly, you came from the Z Ultra. I too purchased the Mi Mix to replace my Z Ultra, with its stock firmware being stuck on MM and the aftermarket support not being brilliant the Mix was a suitable choice. However I had no issue with Xposed on my Z Ultra, perhaps your choice of Xposed modules was the problem???
If you haven't unlocked your bootloader, then you need to do that first. Bear in mind, once unlocked you will lose all android pay functionality.
Which Mix do you have...? Mine is the 6GB/256GB variant, and certain system modifications only work on the specific versions.
Have you flashed TWRP, if so which version?
In answer to your first problem - remove all fingerprints and re-add them. On some of the stock miui.com firmware releases, it doesn't migrate fingerprint information correctly.
In answer to your second problem - you *should* try running the current weekly release from xiaomi.eu:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi.../files/xiaomi.eu/MIUI-WEEKLY-RELEASES/7.7.20/
If you are running *stock* firmware, you *will* need to factory reset.
-----
With regards to your "research" problem, I assume you mean the global search from the phone (If this is not the case then let us know what you mean).
Again, I've not experienced issues searching the phone since changing to the xiaomi.eu (weekly) global firmware which is based on Android 7.0 however Xposed support is minimal.
If you want to change firmware, unless you change to the same build structure then you won't be able to keep your current data.
e.g. stock miui.com firmware to xiaomi.eu firmware.
In this situation, root and titanium backup is your friend.
Thanks for your answer, it is really helpful !

The only change I would personally use on a mi-globe firmware would be the three-way reboot menu, however that can be substituted with an application.
IMHO, I don't see any real reason to use "their" firmware as all they're doing is tweaking an already good release by an established team of developers

i found these. please let me know if they are useful or if you need more specific documents, I might be able to get you exactly what you need. it would be nice if it was like a Magisk module or a persistent mod that you flash before flashing a GSI ROM

Any idea if this can also be used on nougat roms? Or perhaps the same modification used to boot those with Magisk?

I can do it again for nougat but I recommend you to use oreo b20. It's better than all others about sound quality, camera and more stuff.

It is possible doing this for the A2017V3.0.0B17 ?
for all axon 7 phones running oreo b20 stock?
Thanks for your job, I've seen your source under github, can you confirm that to avoid bootloops on Magkisk > 17 is enough to set to "n" the SeLinux policy?
Teşekkürler.

Yes, if you want use a custom init binary you need to disable zte's policyproc.

Ok, solved using directly Magisk to flash custom module. Thanks.
Thanks for this @asderdd works well. Do you know if it will still work with v17.2 or v17.3? I tried but it doesn't seem too although I know they are beta and dev versions.

This is probably because you didn't boot first. I had this too. Make sure you install stock rom first, install recovery and then after the first boot make sure to restart, go to recovery and then flash it according to the steps.

Sure, it works with all sub versions of magisk 17. I'm using magisk 17.4 canary build at this moment.

Yes i know i should have followed exactly the instruction but i flashed recovery and modem with miflash all at once then twrp and encryption is not the best...anyway problem solved. Even if custom module in twrp give me error and i don t know why, maybe encryption.
I have tried Oreo yet, but I'm very eager to do so. I've seen some comments that system is now only ro, does this fix this? And can i assume safetynet passes on this? Thank you!

@asderdd On stock latest nougat A2017U Magisk 17.x also bootloops to recovery, is this a separate problem? I'm interested in reporting whatever you had to do to topjohnwu so he can make a fix in Magisk if possible. Or better yet if you're not to busy maybe you can advise him?
thanks

Nope it doesn't effect mount status of system. I recommend you to make a magisk module that can adds, modifies or removes files systemlessly. Unfortunately b20 rom can't pass safetynet.

The solution is disabling zte's selinux policyproc feature. Lookup the commits at github for details. I don't know what had changed on magisk v17 to cause conflict with our policyproc.

I am pretty sure I had safetynet passing fine with your solution before + MagiskHide props config module but I kept losing it after some time. I thought it was something I did wrong but today after a fresh reinstall I still can't pass safetynet with the MagiskHide props config module spoofing the Nougat ZTE Axon fingerprint.
Have google done something which means we can't pass safetynet on b20?
only twrp from nfound works on this rom?

[Mod] (Closed) Call Recording & Volume Button Answer mod & New Call UI (Pie & Oreo)
This is my new work, I have worked and tested on my V30+ H930G model (oreo_v22j OPEN and pie_v30b OPEN firmware) and it worked just fine.
if you want to test it you must do it at your own risk , I'm not a developer so I won't be able to help.
What Does:
(Oreo )- You can answer an incoming call with the volume up or down key. (If you want to silence ringer, you must press the power key once)
(Oreo)- New UI incoming and outgoing call
(Pie&Oreo)- Record button is added to call screen
(Pie&Oreo)- Automatic recording options come to call settings.
Requireds :
(Only Oreo) Wipe cache&dalvik cache
Rooted Lg H930G with oreo (Recommended 22j) or pie stock firmware, (Other variant not tested)
a backup that was taken before the installation
How it works :
(Only Oreo) Wipe device (without data, only cache&dalvik cache) use TWRP
Flash the attached zip file with TWRP and restart the device..
Please don't forget to thanks..

I did not test. if you have time you can try
What are the actual changes to these two apks and where are they from? The LGInCallUI apk for Pie seems to be a few mb larger than the stock LGInCallUi apk.
It would be nice to have this as a Magisk version instead and I prefer to know which changes are actually made.

This is the Magisk version. Why are you asking for it when this is it?
Here's the non-Magisk version:

How do you recognize it as a Magisk module? I'm not familiar with flashing Magisk modules via twrp and it doesn't state Magisk anywhere in the thread that I can see. Could this just as well be installed through Magisk manager? Thanks for the clarification
Hello,
Tested on V30 H930 PIE, Works Like a Charme
Thank You

OK, may or may not be official Magisk module, but is TWRP flashable zip.
Magisk modules like Anxious V30 HAVE to be flashed in TWRP instead of Magisk Manager.
Most mods I flash in TWRP.
This one says to flash in TWRP, so do it that way. It will replace the APK and give the proper permissions.
Anyway, I tried this by adding the files to a standard Magisk module template and and installed it via Magisk manager. Seemed to work great
Works on H930DS on V20F
It works fine on V20F. I did not wipe data, just wiped dalvik and cache and it still worked fine.

Only dalvik & cache. You won't lose your data
And a last question, if I flash this and I don't like it how I can go back to my original files ?
