Aosp keyboard issue cm10.1

Hello master ,,
I have issue about keyboard fitur( see the screen shoot)
sometimes the fitur(i dont no the fitur name) not work
what this is issue about keyboard or ROM cm10.1?
can anyone fix the issue for more stable

Did you mean swipe/gesture typing. I recommend you to use google keyboard. You can find it free on Play Store. But if it's not available in your region (you can't find it on Play Store) just google it. Install it, set as default, and enable gesture typing. I'm using google keyboard and it's working fine. Google keyboard is good looking so give it a try

Yes it is. Any ROM which is running on android 4.+ can use google keyboard.

vertical swipe on incoming calls

Hi guys
So, I got one of these 4x global last summer, and I'm very happy with this phone, but I have an issue with the vertical swipe to answer incoming calls
I'm used to the "normal" horizontal swipe from my previous phones (I had some Samsungs, and a couple of Sony's Xperia, still have an old Z1 compact when my 4x runs out of battery), and I just can't get used to this vertical swipe.
I did a search on google play apps for some call screen apps, and installed some 10 or so, but none of them worked well
My phone is running the stock Marshmallow 8.2.18.0 (by the way, it should have been already updated, but the update tool says there's no updates available)
Did any of you had the same issue? How did you solve it?

You're using MIUI's default phone app? Most of today's phone interface uses vertical swipe to answer calls. There's no setting available to change that from the app itself.
Maybe try to change the phone app, download from play store and see which one is good for you.

Yes man, I did it on MIUI 9 of my brother's. But it didn't help!

Google Phone App Note 9 Can't make it Default???

Hi,
Got the Google Phone App from XDA thread on here. It works but can't make it default Phone app, it's grayed out??
I can make outgoing calls on Google App fine, but when I get a call it defaults back to Samsung Phone app for incoming??
Any suggestions will be helpful,

The Google Phone app isn't supported on the Note so that's why it won't let you set it as default

i was able to make it default along with contacts i didnt have to do anything special which version are you using?

any version i had before that i removed and i was able to make it default

No Visual Voicemail
Unlocked Note 9 from Samsung directly, running on T-Mobile. I don't see Visual Voicemail anywhere after installing Google Phone app.

I use this method for the mate X2 and mate40 RS as they all both using Kirin 9000.
They are different ways to work on mate Xs ,mate 30 series and the P40 series(Kirin 990)
Currently this method only work for those with firmware for China market

Does Push Notifications work with this method? For apps like Twitter, Gmail, eBay etc.

So far notification for Twitter , WhatsApps and eBay have no problem as for Gmail I do have notification problem so I use Huawei mail app to get Gmail and yahoo

Thanks. I tried using Googlefier (on my Mate Xs) and I had the issue where I did not receive any notifications. And I had to always downgrade to EMUI 10.1 to install Google services. With this method I understand you can do it directly with EMUI 11 correct?

I have a Xs ,mate 30RS and 40RS and all have the same problem with Gmail notification .so on all this phone I use Huawei email app for gmai and yahoo mail. All running emui 11 too

Once you have side loaded Google account to your Huawei you do not need to downgrade anymore .just use microG to change your account

Oh, didnt know that That means Huawei has its new own keyboard I guess. Cool. Are you able let me know what is the default keyboard used on the Mate X2?
If you do a search for "Keyboard" under "Settings -> Apps -> Apps -> Search Apps"

I did not use it as there is a lot of Chinese characters which I can't understand

How To Guide [Updated]One plus stock dialer with call recording working [without Root]

The latest version of the OP dialer is not compatible so I tried many old versions ( i exactly not know which version is this), but I have attached the file taken from some website.
The dialer is not opening in app drawer; BUT IT IS WORKING WHEN U MAKE A CALL AND U CAN TOGGLE DIALER BY TAPPING PHONE ICON IN STATUS BAR during outgoing/incoming call. During dialing u have to call from Google dialer and OP dialer will automatically take on.
Instructions:
- Install app provided in post (Phone_InCallUI.apk)
- True caller may affect the function
Working for incoming and outgoing calls no announcement during call record.
Access call in myfiles /Audio in .awb format.
U need a player for that files by google player will work.
I tried in Indian version OP 10 pro; It may work with other OP device shipped with Google comm suite.

What u have done? This app will work in background. When u call from Google dialer it will toggle one plus dialer with all option including naive record option.u can change(dialer screen- Google or OP) from notification too.

How do you replay recordings

My stock dialer allows my OnePlus call recorder app to record all the calls without any modifications...

Hey guys, any chance someone could share the Stock OP dialer ? Or the one from the chinese version of Oppo ? I tried extracting it from ColorOS (OPPO X5 Pro) 13 beta 2 however was not able to do so. Got stuck because of a Python error. So please, if anyone can share the latest OP stock dialer from 2210 or from OPPO Find X5 that would be much appreciated.

Dialer is coming when in/out call but no call recording.

This is not Google dialer.this is other One plus dialer working simultaneously while call only.it can record too in unrestricted country (AFAIK)
U can toggle driver by pressing on notification icon or in notification bar

U can check in settings Apps and searc phone.
