Hello everyone,
I have a Lenovo K3 Note A806, bought from China Mobile. I tried to gain root access of the phone. As much a non technical person as I am, inevitably I froze my phone by following some tutorials from Youtube. Now when I start the phone, the lenovo logo comes and nothing happens unless the phone eventually runs out of battery. The phone charges well. Could someone please help me out so that I can use the phone again？

You have soft bricked the phone. Resetting the device might help you.
Remove the battery to turn off the device if it's on. Then hold the volume up + volume down + power buttons together until you see the Lenovo logo. Release the buttons when the logo appears.
Now you are in recovery mode. The touch wont work so use the volume buttons to move and power button to select. Move down and select wipe user data.

Phone was working perfectly fine this morning but I noticed it had only about 30% battery left so I tried to charge it and it wouldn't charge? Tried computer cable, original Nubia cable and even others and nothing charged the phone. So decided to restart the phone to see if this fixed it and now the phone is just stuck on Nubia home screen . Can't restart or turn off or anything.... If i press volume down and power button it makes the screen print/camera sound and that's all i can do.
I not the most technical with all the mobile software stuff ect but can manage if guided
Also the phone is becoming really hot
would greatly appreciate some help with this

long click power button for 12 second or more, it would force restart. and then volume up and power button,may be could boot to twrp and flash rom again. sorry for bad english
I have an xperia z with unlocked bootloader and recently flashed a customised 5.1.1 rom, observing that the phone was overheating abnormally (60°c with only a few apps running) I thought a wipe and reset would help me, so got into recovery (twrp) wiped data and cache without touching internal.
Once done I dint see it telling me that SuperSU is missing and accidentally skipped it (I already have root) . The phone started rebooting and went blank. I think the only option is to flash stock again but I wanted a clarification on the use of buttons..
Vol+ + power restarts it again to the blank screen.
Vol- + power or vol+ + power to start the phone again lands me to blank screen after logo
Now to turn it off again Im holding all the three buttons, it vibrates once and reboots if I leave , if I still hold it after one vibration, it now vibrates three times and turns off.
Can anyone explain what exactly are these vibes in the last point , is it kind of a reset , can it help me any way in the future? (I'm still a noob, I just follow the instructions and have used a lots of roms on lots of phones)

Because XZ doesn't have removable battery buttons combination is kinda way of pulling battery out. You only hold power button and volume up together, first vibration is rebooting device, and if you hold little more until you feel 3 vibrations it's power off, as you find out your self.

Hi all, wanna ask as to why my sony experia can't turn on? holding the power button but still nothing happen. Some said i can do a hard reset by holding power button and volume up button together for a few second, but still it wont turns on (once the experia logo appear, the phone will restart over and over again)
**i was trying to root my phone using a software "kingroot" if am not mistaken. Afterward my phone hang and suddenly dead. I suspect the software was crash/broken.
Could anyone pls advise on what should i do/recover my phone. Your kind advise is much appreciated.

Please help as my note 5 become brick after I installed an apk from XDA.now I can't charge,reboot or reset the phone.the white led been on for an hour.any one experience this before?I hope can have my data in the phone..sob

Have you tried going into download mode? Hold volume down, home button and lock button?
Try holding every single button down at the same time until the screen turns on.. might have to hold the buttonss down for a while
Hello XDA members,
Recently my S10 randomly rebooted and is since then stuck on the splash screen. It wont let me turn the device off or boot into safe mode, download mode or recovery. It simply is stuck onto the samsung logo screen.
After draining my battery, I tried to charge it but it instantly goes to the splash screen again (not the charging screen) and again, it won't let me boot into any other menus. I tried all the button combinations.
The S10 is 3 days old and has not been modified. It has been updated to the latest may patch.
Any help or suggestions would be appriciated!!

Put the phone on the charger and then press Power + Volume Down button and hold it for about 8 seconds until it vibrates ... so you can turn the phone off .
When the phone is off, press the Power + Bixby + Volume Up button and hold it until you enter into recovery mode and then wipe data / factory reset.
If you fail then you must send the phone to repair immediately... Good luck..

Thank you for responding.. Sadly it didnt let me reboot to any mode in any way.. I contacted my service provider and they offered an repair without costs.. So I guess I gotta wait another 2 weeks to enjoy the S10 again
Sorry my friend, I empathize with you. I had a similar situation on my original S9 Plus back when it was originally released and what a bummer - waiting until the replacement came in. All will be forgotten once ou get the replacement and you are able to enjoy the S10 again - so hang in there - Best of luck and I hope you get your replacement soon.
The update is what did it. Samsung just pulled the latest update for causing phones to lockup. I don't know the way forward for you though. With it being a couple of days old I would think that you could go back to the store and get it replaced.
