I'm pretty sure that by now a lot of you must have tried out some pie treble roms. So can someone suggest a working rom?
I'm thinking of going for the phhusson aosp vanilla nosu(I like magisk more?)Should I flash it?
Or should I go with the one with the gapps? @Sparkrite @hackintosh5

If you're tired of flashing different roms every other day because every custom rom has some or the other issue than try this rom. It has a great battery life, and everything works, well almost

Wew seriously cm 15?
@Shujath
can you share your changes from lineageOS 14.1 to 15.0
in device/sony/sumire , /device/sony/kitakami , kernel, etc.
from what I saw so far there are bare minimum changes necessary for in kernel & device
no sure what changes though (haven't really looked into it)
Flash this rom,
Fix bootloph
i can install this rom for my friend z3+ device ? ty
maybe need the latest TWRP?
well i am trying to flash this on my z5 by changing the kernel and build.prop gonna see how it goes lol
someone needs to make an oreo kernel thats why its not working when that is completed you shall have a working cm 15.1
there might be an oreo rom for this device closer than you think technically its already out for the dev world it has many bugs which means there is no point in updating to xda however you can use part of this rom get cm 15 working by the way its 8.1.0 Lineage 15.1

Um because Oreo is lot more complicated as it is being created from scratch which requires more brain which those certain developers do not know YET

AOSP ROM, works fine (except mtp but there is a fix in 4pda) download system-quack-arm64-ab-gapps.img.xz since it comes with gapps included

I have tried it and it works but i would not recommend as it surely is stable but i would say stock one ui is smoother and much more stable.
I have tried android 10 gsi (aosp) also android pie aosp and i preferred going back to stock one ui.

Revolution OS isn't AOSP rom. It's a custom Miui rom.
For me atm Syberia because of no pixel stuff and so far no issue only double tab on statusbar to sleep didn't work.
DerpFest also was good but after every reboot you have to put USB-Debugging again on and to much pixel and gapps are pre-installed.
ColtOS also was great first look but problem with pattern and unreadable storage, so had to do again format data. No Problem but twrp didn't ask for pattern remains. So went directly to syberia and stay for some days with it to see.
All with only little like cosmetic issues so good to go.
And perhaps you might be thanks(button) to the users they give a answer to your question. Sometimes I can't understand, it's so easy to tick the thanks button. Sorry for my emotions and a nice Sunday(who have now) to all.
Thanks to you for this thread.
Hi everyone, Last week my Mi A3 died and i bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 64/3.
Overall it's a great phone. but sometimes it's a real pain in the ass!
It's keeps freezing and lagging untill i restart it.
**I wanted to know. does it worth to flash gsi roms? are they good enough for daily driver?
Thanks in advance:fingers-crossed:

Just follow the steps in that thread (installing gsi section)
https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-9/how-to/faq-guides-bootloader-magisk-edxposed-t4176581
I suggest you to keep on stock rom firmware only.
Root it with magisk. Flash it with twrp.
And everything is fine.
