Hello, currently my mi 8 has no operating system, the bootloader is locked, and stock recovery says
"this MIUI version is incompatible with your device"
, fastboot is working.
Is there any way for me to get out of this situation and have a working phone, please help

did you try a fastboot rom? and do you know which version of miui you had before?

it was the latest version of MIUI 10 global, and mi flash tool says error:FAILED (remote: Erase is not allowed in Lock State) for the fastboot roms i tried
and ADB says theres no android-info.txt when i try to flash the stock through there

Also i cant unlock the bootloader i dont think, becuase mi unlock tool says the device isnt associated with the account and i need to do that in settings, and i cant without an os on the device...

You can try my kernel on stock but I can't give any guarantee that it works or even boots.... Just make a Backup of Boot Partition before you flash kernel that you can restore Stock Kernel If something went wrong... Report pls...

Go to Backup - Select Boot - swipe to confirm.
If you want to restore - Go to restore - select your backup you did - swipe to confirm - reboot - done

Hi, i would like to test, using emui 5 based Resurrection remix (by based i mean it has some files such as libs from huawei)
Do I need to unlock the bootloader to change rom and for magisk?

no, they mean twrp_cepheus.img from https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=38137 and previously published on https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/tuto-mi-9-install-xiaomi-eu-magisk.49757/ but no longer, as this file is the same chinese TWRP published on the forum and it isn't a good fit.

miflash2015-64x(bit)= "failed (remote: erase is not allowed in lock state.)" errors.

Just "flash all".... Your mobile is locked and can't be unlocked again unless you have a working global or chinese flashed. You have to be more careful. I can't help you more. Again... Xiaomi flash tool and the last working global or chinese Fastboot image from Xiaomi. Not a EU version.

I try to flash the most recent fastboot roms, but I only get the errors I mentioned above.
