Stuck on bootloader

Hey, i got this phone for cheap price. I don't know the history only what i know that he have problem. i put to charge the phone he turn on and stuck on bootloader. There's the photo

Note 5 battery problem?

Well, i have no idea why no matter how much battery i left when i start to sleep, my Note 5 always resets its battery to exactly 40% afternight.

Charge counter not the same with actual capacity

Hi I just got my device's battery replaced, I let the remaining charge empty out then charge again. Here it says 3000mah for charge counter and 4370mah for the capacity. Is this normal?

I also checked the health from adb and it says 99%
