Unable to get into recovery mode ( rooting help ) - Nokia 8 Questions & Answers

Hello guys,
I have successfully unlocked bootloader of Nokia 8 (TA-1004), and flashed latest TWRP image via fastboot command but now i'm totally disappointed after trying many keys combos to get into recovery.
I have few questions now
1. Does still my device have twrp installed after rebooting to it system ?? ( I have to flash again and find out a way to get recovery )
2. Or Which prerooted boot image have to flash as i have security patch level of OCTOBER & Fon model number is TA1004 ( if prerooted patched image doesn't boot then what would happen i mean where to get rescue files ?? )
Please help me to get root access ( sorry for bad english )

My device detalis .. build number also visible

You might want to try to enable USB debugging, connect your phone to your PC and calling "adb reboot recovery" to verify that it works at all.
The only hardware based solution to enter recovery that works reliable for me is to turn the device off and insert the USB cable while holding the volume up key.
That way I can enter TWRP just fine (TA-1004, Oct Patch, Nirvana Kernel image).

Phone Stuck in a bootloop

Hello everyone ,
My phone quite recently got soft bricked. It doesn't get past the initial boot image , and i can't even turn the phone off (It keeps rebooting) . I can manage to boot into the screen when you press power button + volume down , but if i click anything there ( such as recovery) , my phone just turns off. Sometimes when i click on recovery , it gets stuck at the TWRP load screen.
I'd be grateful if anybody could help me solve this problem

well obviously you DID NOT as usb debugging NOT required......... this is flashed from pc via usb cable in AP FASTBOOT mode
INSTRUCTIONS for the firmware(s) in my signature
Make SURE you downloaded the correct firmware for your phone Moto G 2nd Gen, this MUST be for your version i.e XT1068 And region.
HOW TO USE:
1] ALL needed files are in the zip file you downloaded TO PC (not phone) including stock ROM files
2] Install Motorola device manager 2.5.4.exe for correct Usb drivers (choose repair if already installed) and install minimal ADB /fastboot v 1.31.exe
3] plug in Usb cable and PUT phone into AP Fastboot Flash mode
4] by holding power and volume down ( - ) until phone powers off to blank screen (may vibrate)
5] still holding both buttons count 1,2,3,4,5 and release both same time
6] Hopefully you should be in AP Fastboot Flash mode with USb cable plugged in?
7] if No go back to step [3] if YES continue
8] do not select anything on phone or press any more phone buttons - All done via pc no
9] Now run the EASY INSTALLER.bat file and watch both pc screen and phone screen
--- END ---
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MENU OPTIONS
1)Flash stock ROM --- will flash stock rom / Logo / boot & recovery.img / modem files and bootloader -- this DOES NOT wipe phone so can upgrade / dirty flash keeping settings
2)Lock bootloader --- as above but locks boot loader --- tbh always better to use option 1)
3)Flash Fixed Logo -- Fixes the unlocked Boot Loader Warning EVEN if unlocked still
4)Reboot Phone -- Reboots phone --
5)Factory Reset --- wipes DATA and CACHE --- IF phone hangs at BOOT LOGO, do this Action. ALWAYS use if DOWNGRADING or Coming from A CUSTOM ROM
6)Exit --- Closes command prompt window and exits
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Important Info
Upgrading from STOCK ROM example OPTIONS 1,3,4,6
DOWNGRADING from Custom ROM or HIGHER version of STOCK ROM OPTIONS 1,3,5,4,6 --- NOTE --- FACTORY RESET ALWAYS REQUIRED or phone will HANG
Do not unplug USB cable until phone reboots and remember it take 5 to 10+ mins to set up
So might seem stuck after boot animation... this is normal.

Stuck in fastboot/bootloader mode forever

Hey Guys
Whenever I turn on my phone it goes into fastboot mode, I am not sure why.
I have tried using fastboot reboot in adb but it still reboots into bootloader(keep in my mind i don't write reboot bootloader)
I even flashed the stock rom using SP Flash tool but even then I don't seem to have any luck.
I tried holding the upper volume button and the power button but it still doesn't reboot into recovery and just gives me a faint text saying "-> FASTBOOT MODE"
the phone can;t even boot into META Mode
Every and any help at all is appreciated
If you have TWRP recovery, try to install a custom ROM or the Stock Rom , Or try to enter in the fastboot and in the pc you download the ADB and install TWRP for you phone (I solved this problem via this method, You can find tutorial about this in internet) I am not responsible for any damage that may occur to your device (You can starts in the bootloader mode pressing Volume Down and the power key)
Hi all..
I flashed the latest Radian kernel in my lenovo k6 power. Feb 2019 build. But after flashing it from TWRP, it boots in fastboot mode and never starts normally. My os is RR remix oreo v 8.1.0 . Please help.. what should I do to flash it properly.

BOOT problem

99% SOLVED
Hello all.
EDIT 070117 Partially SOLVED - after 0% battery is possible enter to FastBoot, but problem with TWRP or Unbrick stay...
EDIT 2 only Revolution recovery is going, but no efect... still trying install OS
I tried install Revolution ROM on my Huawei P9 lite (1 SIM card model for Europe - LN21), I unlocked BOOTloader, flash recoveries and ROMs, but after last install phone reboot ONLY in "wait for boot" mode... No acces to recoveries and FASTBOOT mode.....
Any ideas?
Thanks..
EDIT 10 01 2017
After about 100 reflashing everything inside OS works only 1 solution (99%) - i was on broke Nougat, nothing work correctly....
go to fastboot (turn off, hold down volume and plug USB - PC)
1. flash twrp beta 9 from BadWolf
2. Flash this zip http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...1&d=1481994704
IN CASE OF UNABLE MOUNT ANY PARTITION - USE product v_3 (twrp restore by Badwolf)....
3. Put the MM UPDATE.APP in the DLOAD folder on EXTERNAL SDCARD (it is possible use internal storage, i used VNS-L21XXXXX120)
4. Install it using the 3 button method (dload method) but sometimes work only + volume and power on
5. Factory reset
In case - decryption code need, only write anything and ask on revert data by eRecovery....
Now everything works correctly , ONLY FASTBOOT DONT WORK yet....
PS SORRY for terrible english!
6. DONE!!

Mi3 W bricked ( please help )

Hi All,
Hope some will help guide me to the right way
Its My friend phone Mi3
I tried to update his phone using updater in miui, after choose update rom cancro .zip just finish sucessfull but restart like nothing happen.now Simcard not detected.
I tried to reset factory, failed it just delete some of it but data still there, so went to recovery ( in chinese just know the word emmc , so i choose to wipe data) successfully reseted .
Ok fine, i tried to root using kingroot ( success ) after that i tried to flash twrp, nothing happen, so try to enter fastboot (manual and adb)it just restart and came back to system, tried to go into recovery also the same reboot and nothing happened.
In adb mode ' adb devices ' detect 0123456789abcdef , when i check in phone imei and baseband 'unknown'
Already tried fix using adb shell but failed
miui pc suite not detecting phone
Try most driver suggested not working
Pc just detect storage only
So now
The phone
-boot normaly,
-no sim detected
-rooted by kingroot but cant flash twrp
-wifi useable (working)
-no imei (unknown)
-no fastboot ( cant go edl mode)
-recovery mode just (chinese ,test mode... And emmc deleted)
This Mi3 W
-Cannot enter or go into Fasboot manually or adb command ( so cannot miflash, flash boot or recovery img, cant edl mode)
-tried flash twrp but cannot boot to twrp recovery
So most unbricked steps need to go into fastboot in order to recover back. Is there any other way?
Please help
Im blurred rite now
Anybody?
I don't understand be a bit clear and specific
Which ROM was the phone on before flashing?

1. please first try fastboot rom flashing via EDL...
for going to EDL ;
on adb ;
# reboot edl
or with a EDL cable ...
or via test point ;

2. or restore qcn via qpst from here ; https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4oUiKSTOb7oRUhPUm5kekpTOUk

How to solve custom recovery not installed after flash on all smartphones[Tutorial]

Hello . A few minutes ago, I had a problem with the TWRP flashing on my huawei p8 gra-ul00 phone .the adb has command's the twrp is complety flashed on my phone , but it did not come up on my phone(after pressing vol+ and power button's the phone will automatiocally go to huawei erecovery). But I took a little initiative and came up with a solution to this problem. I'm share this.
NOTICE : IF YOU HAVEN'T A USB DATA CABLE , PLEASE BUY IT , OTHERWISE CONTINUING THE STEPS WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM .
Before completing all the steps, connect the phone to the computer using data usb cable, then try to enter the recovery mode (for Huawei phones, hold the power button simultaneously with the volume down button for at least one minute.) If the phone Entered custom recovery, no need to do other steps.
1_First Of All , Unlock the bootloader , then reboot the phone
2_Download the custom recovery . IF YOU HAVE ISN'T A CUSTOM RECOVERY FOR YOUR PHONE , PLEASE SEND A COMMENT AND ENTER YOU PHONE MODEL AND A NAME OF THE CUSTOM RECOVERY YOU WANT TO USE TO IT. IM WILL SEND A REGUESTED CUSTOM RECOVERY FOR YOU IN LESS THAN A HOUR .
3_connect the phone to computer and Enable USB Debugging from Developer Options(go to settings>about phone , then 7 times tap on build number , then go back to settings and select developer options , search for "USB Debugging" Option and enable it.)
4_, install the adb and fastboot drivers(such as minimal adb and fastboot) then install the phone drivers . after installing drivers , reboot the computer , then open cmd and enter the command : adb reboot recovery
5_if a window showed on phone(such as allow usb debugging) , click on yes and retry the level 4 again
If you have any questions or problems , commend here.
Hy Bysoft!
I'm new in XDA but i alredy flash some devices with TWRP, it seems that something went wrong with the installation of twrp. Did you try to boot into bootloader (adb reboot bootloader) and then flash the TWRP image with fastboot (fastboot flash recovery twrp.img) and then type fastboot reboot?
I find that list of command: adb reboot etc.. in your device page of TWRP (https://twrp.me/huawei/huaweip8.html). In this site you find the TWRP image for your device, you have to use this image when you flash with fastboot (fastboot flash recovery twrp.img where twrp.img is the image that you downloaded in TWRP site).
