Here is the Lollipop 5.1 Rom for all Android one Devices. It is not CM12 Rom but is the official stock rom of indonesia android one devices but works on indian android one devices too

It is the backup of stock rom so you need to flash it through followings steps :-
1. Use PhilZ Recovery.
2.Wipe /data.
3. Using advanced restore, restore only /system and /boot.
4.Now reboot and u got that lollipop

Is it working smoothly or not on Indian devices because the Indonesian one devices have 8gb rom while we have just 4gb
Yes. It will work smoothly and 8GB is not the problem. Our devices will show their own storage capacity . Though it is tested by @Bhargav97

to bypass gdrive limit, just login to your google account, open the link that i given, click on three dot icon and choose add star. then go to your google drive account, click starred on left side, right click on the file and choose make a copy. and then you can download the new copy of file

ROM works smooth but storage problem
ROM works smooth but all apps get installed on internal storage which is only 1.55 gb.(internal storage is partitioned)
even the DCIM folder is on internal storage.
Bugs/issues:
1. yes there is issue with camera flash.
2. no multi user support
3. problems with adaptive brightness similar to CM12

I used Carliv unpacking tool to unpack and repack sprout recovery and also to unpack an mtk recovery (it has two functions of unpacking and repacking, one designed for android recoveries like sprout and other one for MTK unpacking). So Credits are well done.

Congratulations. It booted up...but it lacks some features like: rebooting to bootloader, partition SD Card....
Still it is good it worked out

On a serious note, Reboot to Bootloader is probably missing because I added the flag to remove it, I'll fix it. Partition SDCard is a feature for ancient devices, which the sprout (4|8) isn't. The credit for it booting up goes to you as well!

This is correct, but neither should a ROM be posted in the Themes, Apps and Mods section, so I'm going to move it to How-To for now.
If you would like your ROM moved to the Development section, it must meet the requirements stated in the sticky titled "Device Forum Rules (Please Read before posting)". In particular, the OP must contain a link to all relevant sources as described in post #2. Once your OP is properly updated, send me a PM and it can be moved.

If the answer is YES, you have to insert this step in your installtion step manual and insist that the OB5 framework and MODEM needs to be flashed even though clean install is opted.

Users may be coming from other ROM.
Example: I am on crDroid. If I come to your Beta version, I assume that I have to do clean install. I have to follow the steps as below,

2. Flash the OB5 firmware/MODEM (your 59mb file)
3. Flash ROM
4. Flash GAPPS
5. Flash NoVerity (opyional) only if want to have device decrypted
Your instruction can be slightly tweaked in two parts.
(1) for users coming from official Oreo 8.0, and
(2) for users coming from other custom ROMs (like I expained above)
Am i correct in my assumptions.

Flash Instructions
1. Download Fastboot ROMinstaller ( These zips have both payload_dumper and fastboot_installer ) and extract it's zip
2. Copy the playload.bin file from Rom zip file to payload_dumper >> payload_input folder
3. Now Run payload_dumper.exe
4. Wait for extract
5. After extracting completes, go to payload_output folder and copy all the img files to the fastboot_installer folder
6. Now connect your device to pc
7. Reboot your device to fastboot mode
8. Now Run ROMinstaller.exe
9. It's reboot to fastbootd
10. Wait for flashing complete
12. Now select reboot recovery
13. Do factory reset your device (Not required if updating rom)
14. If you want to use magisk then flash magisk.zip via adb sideload ( optional )
14. Reboot to System

havent found one rom that i can use yet
No sounds, Poweramp, Youtube vanced, Mx Player, Prime video... Only in game (hill climb).
And videos lag a lot.
