Hi - I've started receiving a bunch of errors on my phone indicating a lot of processes are failing. The OS version is Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean. Have tried resetting app preferences after searching through a lot of forums but these problems still persisted. Factory reset didn't help either. I'm bootloader unlocked and rooted so thought I'd flash a new ROM via RSDLite. I am unable to do this either. I receive the error "Failed flashing process. 1/12 flash gpt "gpt_signed" -> Phone returned FAIL..". On the phone itself I see the following:

(Bad file number)
E: Failed to get BOS sync msg from MISC
Fastboot Reason: Flash Failure
fastboot: max download size: 100Mb
USB connected

I fear this means I have a corrupted internal SD card so no way to fix... however I'm no expert on this. Any idea how to fix please?

It is indeed that your phones memory is corrupted.
I maybe have a solution, but first i need to know what firmware u are using.

5º I use the program SRKToolHuawei-Lod-Chong-V2.0-20161002 with the step 1 to unlock the bootloader since with that step it directly enters emui recovery in a video that I saw, (BUT TO ME MEET TWRP 3.0.2.0) (WITH THE 3 BUTTONS DOES NOT ENTER, IT IS ON THE HUAWEI LOGO)

First flash the same firmware that you had to restore ur phone to a working stat.
In srk tool flash stock recovery.
Find the firmware for ur phone and extract the zip,you will get a file update.app ,copy this file to a folder name 'dload' on ur SD card.
With the phone off,press 3 buttons,power volume up and down till the update start.

What is not entering?
To boot into recovery,you need to hold volume up + power till you see the huawei logo than remove power key and keep pressing volume up.
Remove any usb before doing this.

Sorry I don't understand what you did and what you use and which firmware.
Do you have unlocked bootloader? Do you have twrp installed? Can you boot twrp?

1-First boot to twrp, wipe format data,it will ask you type yes.
2-aftet wiping data in twrp go to first page and press reboot and reboot recovery.

Hello everyone,
My phone is in what it seems to be erecovery loop, I tried flashing images via fastboot extracted from update.app file, didnt work at all.My phone is unlocked, I flashed twrp again and downloaded latest stockrom version for my country(asked a friend about it since he has the same phone), I put those 3 files on my usb and connected it to my phone.Opened it in twrp, when i try to flash update.zip i get Error 9.I tried pretty much anyting i could find on this forum and other sources from google, nothing rly seems to work and there isnt anything at all for error 9.Do u guys by any chanse know what is the problem here?
device: Huawei P10 Lite WAS-LX1C432B194 (latest version for my country, Serbia, Eu)

I already firgued it out, but tnx for the response.
I bought sd card(didnt have one), did dload method, since normal one approach didnt work i used force update approach(dload moved to sd card, power off, hold vol+ + vol- + power button and it installed) also i needed to flash stock recovery beforehand(so it removes twrp, used fastboot to do it, phone was unlocked, power off connect to PC via usb cable and hold down vol- right away, then flash it through fastboot), it cant do force update with twrp still installed.Once it was done i normally booted to stock rom, phone was no longer unlocked, now i unlocked it flashed twrp and rooted it, everything works just fine.Hope it helps some1 with the same problem.

I have no idea it helps, I had my phone crash on me and me trying my old-and-tried flashing etc. I did not have such BCB message, but it sounds like there is an issue with the partitions or partitioning.
There are nice YouTube videos at least that show how to flash the stock ROM (not giving link here for advertising etc).
it boils down to (FIRST get your data off the phone as you are going to lose this)
- TWRP being bootable
- in TWRP: factory reset, wipe data
- flash stock ROM twice: to partition A and after reboot to TWRP, to partition B. I do not know why this needs to be done, love to learn it by myself.
- flash without wiping a custom recovery if wanted.
- restore your data

I'm in a situation where I don't know what's best to do, honestly I was left with android 11 where everything was much simpler.
my xiaomi started from OEM miui 13 on which I installed twrp 3.7 with the " Onekey inject TWRP " method, I understood that the method was wrong with android 12 but the phone worked (in recovery mode it did not read the touch).
I loaded the same twrp from fastboot mode, I do a backup of everything (copied to the computer), and trying to install miui.eu, but the phone gave me the following "error "ERROR: 1 / can not mount system".
I tried with the twrp by skkk, launched from fastboot mode, I started the dirty installation of the miui.eu and when finish to install I pressed "Install Recovery Ramdisk".
I restart the phone but after two restarts it returns to recovery, i thought the problem was the dirty installation, so i went to "format data".
From this moment the phone restarts only in recovery, the phone memory is encrypted and cannot find any content (the phone has no password set), connecting it to the computer I cannot copy any content but it is read from fastboot mode.
The errors that appear on the phone are "Failed to mount '/system_ext' '/product' '/vendor' '/odm' (Invalid argument)"
How should you continue? I have no problem to losing any data.
do you recommend to flash a fastboot rom with Miflash?
