Not that good for gaming. If you use with earphone plugged in, it feels bad to hold the phone and use the onscreen controls. The speaker also is in a bad position, your hand ends up closing the sound output. It's uncomfortable.

Same thing here the speaker is placed in the wrong area.

Coming from the iPhone 5s it is weird getting used to. It is a bit slick in the hand.

Coming from iphone and you call a phone with a textured back and rubber surrounds 'slick'? That is weird as hell. I've never felt at risk of dropping this bad boy.

Coming from an iPhone 5s, the size is probably a major contributing factor for me. It's awkward to get used to the size. But, compared to the regular Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, I would assume the Active has way more grip in the hand with its rubber/metal/plastic body. I love this phone though. Best phone I've ever owned. And I haven't dropped it yet after a month of owning it!

it gets exhausting to an unbearable degree to click continuously on a physical keyboard that is positioned on the lower edge of a heavy phone. Plus, the "convenience" key and the power key are in positioned in an area that is easily prone to accidental clicking when gripping the phone with both hands while typing.
I wish they had positioned the power key on the top just like old phones.
advice: stick an elastic strap in the back of the phone for an easier gentle grip.

And the screen feels like so.
I sleep with it!
Best was M8
This phone is also awesome

To me it's a bit heavy and thick. I feel stupid for saying this since it's just 11 grams heavier and 0.5 cm thicker than my OP3... But it IS noticable. The curved back makes it a bit nicer to hold, but it FEELs like an older, less premium phone in my hand.
On my OP3 I have the bamboo case which is basically 1mm thick, while I have a transparent soft plastic case (since i have the red phone and want to see that..) on the U11 and that adds 2 mm thickness. That doesn't help with the "premium" feel, of course.
On all other aspects the U11 is superior, battery life, camera, CPU/GPU. It irks me to no end that Oreo is out for the OP3 and that HTC still clings to that idiotic S-OFF/S-ON crap.. First and last HTC phone for me.

The back of my unit is glossy plastic which feels kind of rubbery and cheap, something fixed with the 8a. You definitely should use a case with this device.
I can't say if its just me, but the size of the phone is just so good. Anything bigger than this makes a phone too hard to be used with one hand and fitting in pockets and anything smaller might ruin the viewing experience.
It is too hard to find anything with this size or smaller in the market these days(In case of android).
Although the phone feels plastic it still is much easier on hands than the enormous phablets these days which are difficult to hold in one hand and carry in pockets.

Although slightly (noticeable) heavier than the K20 Pro, the K30 Pro just feels much more comfortable. The seemingly strange position of the fingerprint sensor (very high up on the screen) also becomes apparent when used single-handed as it is actually perfectly located for easy thumb unlocking.
@murakh Since you say heavy is it uncomfortable for one handed use on the side in bed under the blankets ?
Only heavier in comparison to the K20 Pro. I don't find or consider it to be a heavy phone and it is overall very comfortable and well balanced.
For me I have no problem holding it one-handed while lying down, even for extended periods. (Holding it with a cupped hand also helps a bit to curve the sound back towards you).

Thanks alot for your reply the weight of the phone was always a concern of mine,
This phone is rated heavier than my Oneplus 7pro but while using it I find it much easier to handle and it actually seems lighter. Go figure
