Leaked Open Beta 9?

just read this on the OP forums. I am running stock 3.2.8 and waiting for stable versions of Nougat but if any one of you guys can verify if this is real go at it: (at your own risk)

People on the OP forum says it works, welp, i'll download it but wait for an official news before installing it, i was waiting for this one to finally install Nougat on my OP (wow the download speed is ****ty af)

Android Pay working on this build for me, it seems. Took the risk and seems to be legit. B8 I had only minor issues with but this already seems a little smoother, it passes Safetynet (B8 did not) and I was able to add cards to AP whereas with B8 I couldnt.

Thread seems to be deleted. Was somebody able to download it before?

I was bored of the S7E and I changed to OP3 and I like it even more

All systems nominal. Don't know what the change log is though, it doesn't show up in the updater.

Any1 flashed it on OB7 or we need to be on OB8 to flash it?
I am on FreedomOS nougat.

They still did not bring back volume down to vibrate.
What are their devs paid for, new accent colors?!?!

I also have the same problem. I have a stock 6.0 android. This problem happend to me when I got my phone 3 days ago.

Says I'm on 6.1 generic

I'm running into this exact same issue. received my phone a few days ago and it gives the "not found" error when trying to download the update.
My device says it's current: "BLU_R0010UU_V6.6_GENERIC 23-08-2016 20:17"
It says it's trying to download: "BLU_R0010UU_V7.4.2_GENERIC_6.0_20161109-1343"
Does anyone have the update file for this so i can do a local update?

I did check the guide, and that firmware/OTA post.
If you had actually checked the OTA links, you'd see that the needed update isn't there. The last OTA available to download from the guide is 6.6, which i'm already on.
I've sent in a ticket through the update app and hopefully they'll reply soon.

This probably has something to do with the new firmware their rolling out. Hopefully it'll get resolved soon.

Honestly, you are here on XDA a developers site. I would have thought you would be happy to have the updates not working since you can just load custom recovery and flash roms made available from community.

Truth is, I couldn't find a single mention of this issue anywhere online, except here.
I've rooted phones before (using guides from XDA even), but i'm not in a position to load custom firmware on this particular phone. I'm using it as a cheap work-phone and the company i work for explicitly require the device not to be rooted or the OS modified in any unofficial way unless needed for development. But XDA is a good resource for finding stock images and is the most active online resource I trust when it comes to android phones.

I contacted Blu and they told me to delete the app data but it still didn't work for me. Also my update is V7.4.2

There are some updates "captured" from other users posted in the forum. Up to v6.6 is listed in the index , linked already.
This link is for update from 7.4.2 up to 8.3

But if the OTA app is not working maybe there is something else wrong.
Do you have sdcard installed? (shouldn't mater but if so try removing it)
Are you connected to wifi?
Maybe Blu is blocking updates because they had posted that roll back.

Just tried to local update from files you posted earlier and got a signature verification failed in bios. Will try to remove and sd card now and get back here

Removing SD card didn't help, any way of getting past the signature verification thing?

Where did you get it? Is this the final Version?

Thanks, I was on CRD6 oreo beta and it was fine, except for the battery that was draining a bit quickly and Device Health that kept on stopping (had to disable it), so I went back to BRA1 (BRC1 now from OTA update). Will try this when I get a chance, hopefully it'll be better, or maybe the "official" one will drop soon...

From the att servers and I'm not sure if it's the final version. It runs smoothly and I'm sure they're close to releasing the final version

You have to downgrade back to BRA1 using Odin and then flash it like the other betas(there's a closed thread that has older ones and instructions) it does not trip Knox

Battery life seems normal so far and I havent had any device health stopping messages on this firmware. I know I wish they would just drop the official these run like official firmwares, most of them anyway :laugh:. I'm tired of having to downgrade back lol :laugh:

Note that CRE1 just gave me a "Device Health keeps stopping" error, so it's still an issue.

Some bad news the new CRE2 update requires the BRC1 firmware and we dont have an odin flashable of BRC1 the best I can do is to get the BRA1 to BRC1 update zip which means to go from one oreo beta to another we have to odin back to BRA1 flash BRC1 through recovery and then flash the oreo zip after.
Also, is everybody cool with me deleteing some of the older oreo betas? I'm running out of google drive space

No I havent tried it yet I took my mom on a mini vacation for mothers day last night and today and I'm just now getting home. I had the files downloaded but couldn't upload them because I didnt have internet out there.

VPN Germany

Just checked on International version using German VPN. Not getting it.
EDIT: Got the prompt after trying several times (German VPN)

Got it here in Australia using a Canadian VPN.

toggled between canada and germany and finally got the prompt.

The full 9.0.10 rom has been posted in FunkWizard's thread since last night, I dont see why you would mess around with VPN's and all that rot when you can just download and flash. It's running flawlessly on my TMO variant, btw. I really like how quickly the updates are coming from 1+.

Beacause it takes 2 seconds to start the VPN on your phone, and you'll be downloading within 10 seconds..

Can anyone up the stock boot.img from this OTA? I'm all rooted and junk and need to update magisk, and I dont see it anywhere yet. TIA

Because an OTA is faster than that stuff. I don´t see why anyone would go through the hazzle of downloading and flashing instead.

I don't think it was pulled because they're available on Android Flash Tool. We'll just have to be patient. Same thing happened several months ago.

My phone is an unlocked P7 on T-Mo, and I was sent the T-Mo update OTA. I'd love to know what the difference is between the base update and the T-Mo version. BTW, the OTA update was only 21MB.

Thanks for the quick reply, that worked! This is the first update I recall that had a specific T-Mobile build. Any idea what is different?

I got the OTA about 9PM (Ireland)

Seems to be snappier and app opening times and system app opening seems to be faster and smoother

No clue at the moment. T-Mobile was having problems with last month's update (most people on T-Mobile didn't get an OTA update) so I would imagine some of it addresses the problems they were having.
