I'm running hadesrom A8 port right now, which as you know converts the phone to an A530. Now when I try and flash this rom I get an error saying this rom is for A520 phone and it fails, any idea how to flash this over Hadesrom?

Don't flash over it, do a full wipe and then install. You should have no problems

Tried a full wipe a couple different times, even rebooted the phone with no rom installed and got the error both times saying the rom was for a520 and then it fails. I eventually gave up and reinstalled the Hadesrom without any issues, so not sure what's happening.

Hi bro. Amazing work as always.
Can I ask if you have a problem with the advanced restart? I tap for restart to recovery but the device does a normal restart.
Also, quite a few websites will lock the keyboard - example: the BBC Sport app...I try to log in, but the keyboard literally freezes and will not register. Bizarre. Tried on Stock keyboard, Gboard and Swiftkey.
Any ideas?

Pretty good battery. GPS is imperfect.
Added a screenshot to show usage over the last hour. Usage includes some low intensity gaming and browsing on medium brightness. Location high accuracy.

Extract the rom
go to META-INF/com/google/android
Open updater-script with notepad++
Remove the assert line(first line) till semicolon.
Save the file
Zip the rom folder
Now Flash it

Sir,I have an issue to mount my 128GB sdcard with file system "exfat". I think the problem in kernel maybe.it so imprtant for me to have " exfat" f.s. because i use a very large file size
This rom has funtioned well so far

Using it as my daily driver for the time being
pretty good performance and customization
Front and back Cameras work , good phone signal , still haven't tested Gps , proximity and light sensors work
It has a small bug where it doesn't really detect the SD card and doesn't allow me to move apps to it but I can open it through the file manager
Overall , Good work , Hope I see Marshmallow and if possible Nougat versions on this great ROM
PS : It also has a bug with nova launcher which make the status bar and the nav bar not fully transparent

I can confirm that notification led does not work. Just toggling the notification light settings makes the system lag and hangs like hell. But everthing else are working.

That's weird , It works for me .Yeah it's not perfect but works with most things (WhatsApp , Messenger ,etc)
You might wanna download an LED notification app and test with it

@Sam35sayan bro sim not working have to flash RIL patch but after flashing it my phone gives a message whenever i put it on airplane mode that "To unlock press menu and then 0". This meaage is under signal quicksetting. On the place of "No service" it is showing that unlock Message which is weird.
Tell any way to get rid of it.
Otherwise it is the 1st RR rom for sprout4 which is much stable.
Reply as fast as you can.

Please chaeck that your imei is fine or corrupted. Dial *#06# for this.

To flash LineageOS without data loss:
-Uncheck "Zip signature verification". Because presently the LineageOS do not come with a MD5 file.
-Swipe to confirm Flash
-Wait. LOS needs 1 to 5 minutes. Depending on your device.
(Ignore the two red error messages "E:unknown command [log]")
-When done tap the "Reboot System" button
The reboot will be very slow. LOS needs time to complete the update. The LOS animated logo will be display during the progress. Be patient.
(No need to reinstall GApps)

Hi guys , I've noticed that when i run an 60 fps video on youtube or an app that uses the gpu when i pull down the quick settings it has a small lag . Is the mali 400 gpu not handling it? This happens on Stock Rom too

For FM Radio we need to use SPRD RIL, so its not possible.
For IMS Service bug, I have fixed it:OctOS Device Tree
So from now use my device tree for ROM building because Djeman's outdated.

Well, after 1 hour using it, well known bugs are:
Camera often closes. Can't choose save location?
Camera in whatsapp after taking 1 picture goes black.
Whatsapp audio volume and mic volume too low. Very low.
Sound when touching screen low.
Can't get to work always on display, that's really important in this device.
By the way, great work! Works amazing and it's sooo much faster than samsung stock.

very nice ROM, battery life seems to be also very good
one thing tho: it seems that the NFC-Reader does not support "Extended-Lenght"-NFC-chips. My A5 2017 could read my german ID card just fine with the stock ROM, so it's not the NFC reader's fault.
Awesome work. But is there any way of getting Samsung Cloud working? Most of my backed up stuff is in there rather than the Google one. Cheers!

Resurrection Remix OS 6.0.0 ROM for Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (G530H/BT) is finally here.
This ROM is a port from [MENTION]vince2678[/MENTION]'s own build for the LTE variants of the same device, so thank him instead of me.
REMINDER:
This Resurrection Remix OS 6.0.0 ROM is unofficial and is not supported by the Resurrection Remix OS team and its official maintainers, so there is no OTA available for this ROM, more to say that the official team does not even know this exists. I, as the developer, only made this available to G530H devices with my own knowledge and effort. Therefore, what is seen on the official Resurrection Remix OS 6.0.0 builds may not be present in this ROM, and as soon as the official team requests for the removal of this ROM, this will be immediately removed.
Moreover, based on the record of the Resurrection Remix OS team, [MENTION]Has.007[/MENTION] is the official maintainer for Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. Thus, his disapproval of the publicity of this ROM will mean the removal of this thread as soon as possible.

For TWRP Recovery
These ROMs can be flashed with any version of TWRP, including old version 2.8.7.0 and the Pro version. However, the official TWRP recovery images for G530H/BT are recommended.
For GApps:
GApps are already included in the zip. Do not use other GApps, only my version because I modified them for this ROM unless you're a developer and you know things about this.

I think pico would be better as they don't consume much system space, hence they don't make the system lag.
Does anyone know why I cant install this in my variant XXU, it says my device is fortuna3gxx, i installed the previous one without a problem, :/
So far, everything seems to work. Quite fast. The only problem I see is the brightness level doesn't work.

SIM not detected
Brightness slider not working, but it got fixed after removing battery and rebooting
