Help moving apps to SD when rooted PLS.

Hi i brought a sprint htc one from craigslist and spent countless hours searching and trying to sim unlock the phone so i could use t-mobile on it but i was never able unlock it if anybody that could help with this and give me some steps i would really appreciate it i have tried all xda posts here and i seen others were able to unlock so i think i just dont understand the instructions any input will be greatly appreciated i posted some screenshots please help me thank you

Unable to find rooting guide for AME-XXX Version

Hey guys, I am sorry if my questions have already been answered in other threads even though I thoroughly searched before deciding to create this thread, I couldn't find any helpful conclusive results after hours of searching.
I am unable to find a rooting guide for P88020c-AME-XXX. Build Version JZO54K. Can anyone direct me to a guide for this specific build?. All the guides that I came across were for other versions, e.g EUR-XXX etc. On a side note, since we are already discussing rooting for the AME-XXX version, I'd like to know if I also need a specific version guide for Unlocking Bootloader. I plan on installing Cybergenmod afterwards.
