ROM OS Version: 4.4.x KitKat
ROM Kernel: Linux 3.4.x
Version Information
Status: Beta
Created 2014-06-27
Last Updated 2014-06-27
Latest Build
V1.0, SlimKat 4.4.4 Build 6
Mobile data Doesn't work Confirmed
Auto Brightness doesn't work confirmed SlimRoms bug. It's only being polled every 10 seconds.
As far as I know, everything else is fine
I will upload the device folders at a later point closer to when SlimKat goes official for condor.
The kernel is pretty much stock, with minor edits to make camcorder work, and modules load.
Information and Requests
Firstly I'd like to massively apologise for not uploading this till now.
As some of you will already know, I have been somewhat ill due to the amount of work I have been putting in to my projects (no not for moto e).
To make up for this, I am posting a build now as a taster on the aosp qcom sources, rather than the newer caf based qcom sources. It's a daily usable rom, however later builds will have better performance.
I am also releasing a build of cm11 shortly.
XT1022 Is not supported as neither sim will work.
Now for the requests. at some point in the future (a few days, maybe a week), I will need access to the dual sim variant of the Moto E running stock. Ideally I will need access via TeamViewer to a windows or linux based pc with adb already set up, and an unlocked/rooted device that wants cm11.
I repeat.
Dual Sim is coming soon. Please stop asking
Thank you for being patient with me, but it will all soon pay off
from now on, If a question is asked that is answered already in the first page, or the last ten posts, or one that is easy to find with the search bar, please link this post to them.
Yay!! Thanks for your hard work! Will try this tomorrow
Just one question: Dual sim is supported?

No but I'll say the approach you should take to fix it.
To build, there is an error that shows from qcom/media. To fix that you had to patch a kernel header. Use git to find the commit the definition is made, and that will fix camera.
To fix bt, check the bt loading script in etc. You will notice there are two blobs missing. Running these blobs will show there is another blob missing.
What other bugs do you have?

Kind Regards.
First of all congrats man
Here are some of the doubts
Since I have a Indian version moto e (dual sim) as per the given information it won't support so my doubt is if I install this ROM will at least one sim work I don't care about other sim and hate dual sim and do I need to replace any files from stock ROM?
Thanks in advance

I've got the dual sim version.
Also, have team viewer, adb, fast boot, and a rooted stock ROM (not by choice) ready. Let me know when you need access.

Ok thankyou to all the people who replied regarding dual sim. You truly are the best community I've been in so far.
Once I've got cm11 rolling I'll contact one of you to set up a build.
I know the fact that slim doesn't support dual sim is a disappointment, so here's the deal. If I get hold of a dual sim moto e, I will bring support for dual sim devices to Slim (probably unofficially).

Exactly, you can do a weekly(or bi-weeklies) unofficial builds and post them in the same thread.
That would be awesome.:good:
Ok before any mods start messaging me/closing thread, I forgot to push the patched kernel source last night. I get on a computer in an hour or so. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please read first page or at least few previous posts always before posting. It should answer your questions.
WHOEVER AGREES TO THE POST BELLOW PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT TO SHOW SUPPORT FOR THE CAMERA PORT
Hello, there Sultanxda
I'm posting this post?with the hope that you'll see what I have to say.
First of all, congrats on the work you done on CM*13 and Lineage *14. Congrats on the touches you added to both.
I love the stability, the battery life on your CM*13, BUT, your camera, or CM'S camera user interface, I just dont think its that much USER FRIENDLY as OOS camera is. I have tried so many ways to get that camera ported onto this ROM and withkut success and I'm sure others have tried it too.
Through this post I am requesting a port file or an update which provides both cameras and let us choose which one we use, or use both in diff situations.
Look, man I get it, you've put work in the camera, BUT the user interface. Please allow us to use OOS camera with no issues.
I'm sure other people would appreciate it too if you would do that. That way your ROM would be the best ROK there is for OnePlus3T. The reason I left your rom ia because of the camera. The camera is one of the most important things in my phone since i capture moments, and I there are moments that I want to capture on the spot, quick and easy, moments when I want to take a quick video and by the time I bring up the video feature its too late, the moment is gone. I hope that you can underatand me of why I want the OOS camera on your rom.

This rom ships with Snap and OnePlusCamera. It is 14.1 - not 13. RAW pic saving and burst mode doesn't work, but evryting else is working.
OnePlus does not use HAL3, but HAL1 with proprietary call backs to framework/av (libcameraservice) to implement some features of HAL3 to HAL1-running OnePlusCamera. Since this is neither real HAL1, nor HAL3 - and because this is proprietary - it's not easy to implement in lineageos. @vavill is working on this:

I completly misunderstood your question.
If your question was: "Can I use OnePlusCamera from @nvertigo's cm-14.1 rom on @Sultanxda's cm-13.0 rom?", the answer is: no, but you can use the android 6 version.
Just copy these files from stock OxygenOS 3.x.x (you need this older version for cm-13.0):
Code:
/system/priv-app/OnePlusCamera/OnePlusCamera.apk
/system/priv-app/OnePlusGallery/OnePlusGallery.apk
/system/lib64/libfilter-sdk.so
/system/lib64/libopbaselib.so
/system/lib64/libopcameralib.so
/system/lib64/libopcamera.so
If this works, make a flashable zip of it.
A private word:
Your posting feels unfair, barefaced and offending. Where are your bug reports and/or logs? Have you asked for help? I havn't found one single word on your issues in the rom thread. You demonstrate a lack of respect for my work and real bad manner.

Not home right now. I appreciate your guide, will try it when I get home. Look, lad, I didn't meat to offend, I have used your rom as my daily driver for a month since I gave up on SULTAN's because there is no OOS camera on it. I enjoyed using it, but I was missing xposed and the fact that sultan's uses Android 6 which in my opinion is more stable.
Again didn't mean to offent no one, is just the fact that sultan's offers xposed due to it being 6.0 and thats why I think battery life is better on that, since it's not as heavily loaded as 7.0 or 7.1 is.
Thanks again for the guide, looking forward to giving it a try. Also what do you mean by "If this works, make a flashable zip of it.", do you mean after I drop in the files from OXYGEN OOS to sultan's OS create a zip then flash it and then see if it works?
So I was able to get my Custom LineageOS 18.1 built with signature spoofing and I was able to install it and boot it up and MicroG is able to see that Sig Spoof in enabled. So now I'm wanting to start customizing the ROM to my needs, like adding APK's and general customization of the menus or other little tweaks and was just wanting to know is there any guides out there for Customizing a lineageOS rom? Any tips or pointers? Also, if anyone would like to download my ROM and check things out, please DM me for the link.
And thanks in advance!

If you ask about customizing the ROM like menus and other styles then you can do them with the help of third-party apps , eg. Substratum. What it does basically is applying a customised overlay over the stock overlay , you can find the app and themes from the google play store itself. There are many options available and you can customize it your way.
Talking about device tweaks then you'll need to refer to your device maintainers.
THIS ROM IS DISCONTINUED. LEAVING IT UP FOR ARCHIVAL PURPOSES.
As usual, you and you ALONE are responsible for what you do with your device. If something goes wrong by flashing this mod or any other mods, don't blame it on the dev.My buddy just told me about this ROM that was Touhou based so I was like "oh god yes I gotta port this ASAP". This is my first ROM I've built in a while. Built it and rushed here really quick to make a post about it so maybe I can score some juicy Internet Points.
What is exthm-UI:
It's a combination of Lineage and ArrowOS features with Touhou based themes on it. So if you like AOSP and want your bullet-hell waifus loaded by default, this may be the ROM for you.
What works:
Identical to Lineage 18.1 since it was made with those trees
What doesn't work:
AudioFX not included, because I hate that thing
Terminal app not included, it was giving me build errors that I couldn't get around
Default browser (Via browser) seems to be in Chinese, just have F-Droid or something handy so you can install it right away and get another browser
Charging LED doesn't work, even if you enable the light to come on while plugged in it still wont (but the LED itself works for other things)
You tell me
Source Code:
ROM Source: https://github.com/exthmui
Roomservice manifest (device tree, kernel tree, vendor tree can all be found in here): https://pastebin.com/XGE185jY
Kernel source alone: https://github.com/S4muel007/kernel_motorola_trinket
You'll want to delete the highlighted line in the following file before you build: LINK HERE
You'll want to delete Terminal (and probably AudioFX too because it sucks) in packages/apps/ before building
Screenshots:
does the status bar hovers over the punch hole camera on rav variant? it annoyed me so much on other ROMs

Abandoning this thread. Literally one freakin' week after I build this, the GitHub repo goes into read only and the project is abandoned. Jeez, talk about bad luck.
Previously, this ROM just dropped support for Android 11. Now I found out that the entire ROM is dead altogether.
And yes, I am still running this by the way (as of writing this post). I was waiting for A12 or A13 to finally upgrade, and now it looks like we have that.
Anyway, this was probably the last device that was ever ported to this ROM... spooky!
