You can look at this thread. Its have guides to unlock your bootloader and how to install TWRP also updating firmware. https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10/how-to/guide-manual-updgrade-to-update-oreo-t3758286
But beware, unlocking bootloader will do a factory reset. Backup your data first using hisuite or twrp. Otherwise your data will gone forever.
Hi,
I upgraded to Developer 9.5.30 without unlocking the bootloader.
As of July 1, the developer update ends.
How do I get back to EEA ROM ?
What is the procedure ?
I think you need to unlock bootlader to do this "downgrade". After you can flash EEA fastboot rom package through fastboot. You only need to follow this guide here: http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
Btw you can try also without to unlock bootloader, if you see that unlock is needed, then unlock it and follow the above guide.
Beta will not end for flagship phones
Here info:

our team of engineers has decided to stop releasing the global version of MIUI Beta for all devices starting July 1,2019
Thank you !
When you unlock bootloader and stay with stock ROM, if you get update will that relock the bootloader?
Will unlocker bootloader affect any updates to the 9Tpro global stock ROM?
Thanks
It won't relock and you'll get updates normally.
Can EMUI10 be rooted with Magisk like EMUI9?
Will the Bootloader stay unlocked after doing the update or did they again integrate some things that make trouble?

EMUI 10 will lock the bootloader and can't be unlocked unless you downgrade to 9.1.
So there's no root if you can't unlock the bootloader.
