Can't Modify Permissions of Xposed Modules After Installing with Magisk - Xposed General

Hi All,
Hope you are healthy and well. I was using Xposed Framework standalone (APK). Then i asked some friends and they advised to install with Magisk. I uninstalled Xposed and modules completely. Installed with Magisk Manager, activated and rebooted. I realized something strange. I can't modify permissions of modules. I could modify permissions before install with Magisk from Privacy Guard or Settings->App-Permissions section. Now when i check from there i saw "No Permission Required" notification.
Is this normal? If yes, what happened to permissions?
If no, how can i fix this?
Thank you so much.
Merry Christmas.

Had the same problem after I freshly installed KitKat on my N5 after returning from Lollipop.
Couldn't find that module either.
Now there are also some really long download times I encountered with XToast and some other modules, also Youtube Adaway won't update (Error 404).

[Q] How to remove a module??

Hello guys how are you? I have never worked with the xposed framework before and never needed it really so i am newbie at this. I installed a Rom for my S Duos 2 and it came with xposed framework install and i tried to install the tinted status bar module. I didn't like it so i tried going the xposed installer and uninstalling that module but after the reboot it is still there and status bar is the same as before. So is there any way i can remove it?
Thanks for reading and any for any help.
If you disable/uncheck a module in the "modules" tab AND reboot your phone, then the module won't be active.
Then, to completely remove it, so it doesn't show in the modules list (or in launcher), you can just uninstall it like you would any app- from your launcher, or from settings/apps section, or using any app from zillions that are capable of making backups and/or removing apps and so on. There's more than one way to remove an app in android ?

[Q] Xposed autodeleting modules??

Does Xposed have the capacity to delete installed modules etc?. Because I had a module installed and when I checked today it wasn't there anymore.
And true enough, it had also been removed from the Xposed repo.

Should modules be installed as system apps?

Good day, I searched but found no answer. I always installed all my modules as system app but every time i update a module i have to deactviate it then integrate update to system and reboot. Then reactivate module and reboot again. Also i lose my setting for the module during this process.
Simple question, do modules works best installed as system app or user apps?

There is no need to install modules as system apps, it's okay to run them as user apps - that's how they are intended to run.

Use LSPosed instead of EdXposed. It compromises SafetyNet now

You should delete EdXposed from Magisk and flash LSPosed framework instead.
LSPosed has different approach than EdXposed. All apps are blacklisted by default, you have to check those which are to be hooked by a module. Please read this: https://github.com/LSPosed/LSPosed/wiki/How-to-use-it
Additionally, check filters in LSPosed Manager. Possibly you have all system apps hidden.

If the user who has used EDXposed has to make sure that there is nothing left in the directory, EDXposed can easily leave the files in the system and directory to cause detection
