Hello everyone!!
I am here to try to make it as easy as possible to install the rom stock in our beloved Harpia!
First download the .zip file below and extract the folder.

Then download the rom stock of your choice and extract all the files into this folder.
Then on the phone enter fastboot mode and connect the cell phone to the PC.
Then there are two options, if you just want to install the stock rom and leave the bootloader unlocked open the file "Retail_AS.bat" and wait for the process to finish, if you want to install the stock rom and lock the bootloader open the file "Retail_AS + lock.bat "and wait for the process to finish.
Remembering that to do this process you need to have the bootloader unlocked if you do not have it, there are several teaching sources.
And you also need to have Motorola drivers installed on your PC (http://www.motorola.com/getmdmwin).

Hi there, i am running latest LineageOS official build on my harpia. I want to roll back to original Motorola G4 Play Android.
Bootloader is unlocked and should stay unlocked.
Can I follow your instructions?

sorry dont have priviledges to post a new thread. I have a xt1607 amazon variant phone now stuck in boot loop by ota nougat update. I have tried cache clear, factory reset, in recovery and even to install XT1607_HARPIA_AMAZON_USA_MPI24.241-2.35-1_cid18_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip via adb and from sd card. NOTHING WORKS because of locked boot loader I would assume can anyone tell me what to do.

Thank you. The ROM's are mostly for other variants and the unofficial one's for XT1770 Variant have few issues according to the other users hence requested for the working ones so that I can flash them.

there´s actually no official rom for any moto e4 plus on any mediateck chipset variant code name nicklaus wich im afraid fits in the variants of your phone, i suggest to scroll a bit more and try the stable roms or just rooting vanilla

Hello XDA Fam, I've come to you for help.
Before it is asked, I did search around forums/threads but I really do have a hard time navigating around this site. And from what I seen there was no answers that I needed. Currently my Moto X4 XT1900-7 which I believe is on a factory image, no longer connects to my carrier. It is able to tell me the actual carrier but that's about it. The reason why I ask is because I'm on a completely stock image that's been updated via OTA.
I believe I lost my IMEI, carrier connection ( call it what you will) and orientation ( when you rotate your phone) after flashing this rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x4/development/rom-pixel-experience-t3876195.
Since then I've been lost. Please if anyone has a recent up to date fix for this I'd be very keen to hear from you.
I've heard of injecting the IMEI, and tried but some guide I followed on XDA was unclear. And I'm not even sure if it would fix anything .. So again if you have a clear up to date guide on this, I'd be very appreciative.

Which ROM are currently on? Stock or any other? Also give your device model name(eg. XT1900-2 in my case)

Did you try flashing the Stock ROM again?If not, grab one from this link - https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/payton/official/RETAIL/

You can try doing -
Flashing the firmware again(stock), then try locking and unlocking the bootloader again, then, installing PE or HavocOS or any other ROM you like.
Just give it a try!

I found this repo of firmwares when looking for mine (1921-3)
Hope this helps, I am not 100% if it's the correct one, but i think it might at least get you started.. I'd probably start with the oldest one and see if that works, then try an OTA update.
You gonna flash it piece by piece via fastboot?

Were these models you couldn't unlock? Us997 latest TWRP is 3.2.x it does have orangefox but it doesn't say what sources they use. What's the biggest difference between TWRP and this? Also the v20/g5 are pretty close to this, I think there were some orphaned unlockable v20s at least. Either way protects like this are neat and I appreciate the effort even if it doesn't help me. Also does it have kdzwriter like the TWRP builds?

Umm mobile bank software, you can use it with Magisk hide or Google safetynet pat h
