Glad u liked it thanks for screenies
Just flashed the ROM. It's fast, fluid, and feature packed. Only issue I've found so far is if you have pin lock, fingerprint lock etc set and reboot it gets stuck on 'phone is starting' and you (I) have to disable it to get past it.

No my device is encrypted. This happened on a prior ROM about a week ago. Was happening to quite a few of us. The issue was having any screen lock security set other than swipe up.
For instance when it gets stuck in PHONE IS STARTING it'll be stuck there indefinitely unless I fingerprint swipe down>open settings from QS> security>disable screen lock and it will pass the phone is starting

Exactly so basically most if the ROMs out there in the XDA community as of now require the /data to be decrypted. Basically the best thing is to get rid of it.
For that backup everything in the internal storage
Then do a fastboot - w
And then u can flash anything.

I just flashed another ROM data encrypted. No issues. I've only had this happen on one other rom as I mentioned. The dev fixed it and posted update the next morning.

I know how to take a logcat. I actually already flashed a different ROM. But I REALLY want Resurrection Remix to work. So maybe tomorrow I'll reflash and reproduce to and post a logcat.

Hello guys. I very nice ROM but the charging led doesn't work and is enabled. Anyone can confirm this?
I keep getting Error 70 for not enough storage to install GApps even I have more than enough. My active slot is b. And why is that GApps 9.0 says not compatible when I tried to flash

That makes sense cuz the rom will not boot with encrypted /data. So if he did get it to boot that means there's something wrong besides the encrypted /data thing

Well, if you aren't up to date -- you'll get a message on system boot that your vendor image doesn't match what the system image has. All it means is that the system build.prop and vendor build.prop do not match.
Is it necessary? Probably not. However, it's always good to remain up to date.

good stuff! running DU on my Shield Tablet . . . always good to have options :good:
i'm on N-Preview on the Pixel . . . do you know if that will make flashing Vendor required for going back to a MM ROM? i'm traveling on business so won't be able to try this until the weekend.

Oh my god thank you so much! The lack of ROM development on the Pixel C has really had me bummed out about my purchase. It's great to see another respected developer in here doing great things. I will install this tomorrow and post back with my experience.

I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I certainly haven't been. Dragon is a savage.
I rooted my Pixel C last night so I could flash this. I'm coming from a Nexus 9 - I never knew what to expect. If I didn't find the right magic combination of ROM and GAPPs it would crash and burn on startup.
From flashing to setup to installing apps and themes and then actual use, this has been perfect. Not a hiccup, not a FC. It's evident that some serious work went in to making "stable" mean "stable."

It's different, but not that different. The bootloader doesn't interfere with what is flashed as long as what you're flashing is acceptable/verifiable by vboot and verity, which this is.

Appreciate the explanation.
i used dirty unicorns on a nexus 6 for 4 months and was really impressed. i have a couple questions.
is the dragon build pre-rooted?
by latest twrp is that reference to 3.0.2.0?
would an install be successful by the following steps?
1. flash twrp 3.0.2.0
2. boot into twrp using physical keys to get to menu/select boot to recovery
3. using twrp wipe necessary partitions
4. install dirty unicorns gapps .zips back to back via twrp-- what would be best way to get du & gapps .zips on device after wiping partitions?
5. reboot to OS
i wanted to check first for any errors i may have made in correct process
6. does dirty unicorns handle the issue with stock recovery being installed each boot?
thanks for help and for the ROM

GAPPS: DOWNLOAD GAPPS
First time installing crDroid to your OXYGEN, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash Latest Firmware
5) Flash ROM
6) Flash gapps
7) Flash Magisk / SU (Optional)
8) Boot Up
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

Well, since last 2 Days I am using it without a single Random Reboot. Which surely means that you guys are doing something wrong.
Install Firmware + ROM + Gapps + Magisk Together .
And if you are installing any other modules or kernels I don't know what's wrong. Stay on stock.
I hear that random reboots, then I say that flash it as I say, then user says that I did the same. Then why not a single Random Reboot on my phone?????????

ROM in early development stage, released just for pie preview. needs testing
Awesome! Thanks for this!
Edit: Is it recommended to be on August or September build?
Sweet! Want to give this a shot, but I am a bit unsure how to flash gapps with it. I searched the other build's forum, and couldn't see on it either. Do I flash build, boot, then flash gapps, like on other A/B devices? Or do I just flash gapps at ROM installation?
Is TWRP built in?
Does this use an EAS kernel?
So I attempted to flash, but I am getting the error stating I am using an incorrect version gapps. States I am running 8.1, not 9. Anyone else have any ideas?
EDIT: I was able to modify the installer sh to force it to install, but every copy of gapps prompts and states there is not enough space in the system partition.

Have you tried installing the smallest gapps package? I had this same issue on another device.
Gapps screws up sometimes. Try remounting system and vendor while in twrp, reboot recovery then try flashing gapps again. I bet it works.

I just flash the hyp.mbn from August before booting to recovery, then after installing whatever, go back to bootloader and flash the sept hyp.mbn.. just that file is all u need. Just be sure to reflash the current hyp file or any build based on sept wont work and vice versa.
flashed the 0930 build, bluetooth is broken.

I already removed rounded corners in the upcoming build. Also it's stated in second post that it's early development stage, so don't expect everything to work properly. It's still experimental and we don't even have official lineage sources for mata. So thanks to @KuranKaname for his work
That full screen apps feature is lineage stuff. I already did what I could to add it on mata. From the comments on gerrit we can read:
I don't have an exact example app in mind but >=O apps can still manually limit maxAspectRatio to lower values like 1.86 or 2.1 (which could be obsolete for future long long screens). (It is not you are >= O so you are good with long screens)

i) <O apps that previously needed the max aspect ratio setting to 2.1 to work in full screen. eg https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.telltalegames.batman200
ii) <O apps that were worked in full screen when max aspect was set to 0. eg https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dotemu.rtype

Try gapps on adjacent slot then reboot is what worked for me.
Warning: This is an untested unoffical build for the Pixel 3 XL (crosshatch), so please take caution in flashing and make a backup.

Resurrection Remix the ROM has been based on LineageOS, SlimRoms, Omni and original Remix ROM builds, this creates an awesome
combination of performance, customization, power and the most new features, brought directly to your Device.
Many things that in previous versions were tweaked with mods, are now included by default in the ROM so, please enjoy!
Special thanks to the LineageOS team, Omni team, SlimRoms and of course to all the supporters.
I am not a developer, I only build this ROM and it reflects the the current status of LineageOS / Resurrection Remix. If there are any device specific things missing or not working. I suggest to contact the LineageOS team, they are the real developers here and deserve all the credits.
First Installation
Installing the ROM can be a little hard, especially the first install. Upgrades will be relatively easy though. This first setup is only needed when coming from a different ROM then this. I can't support you if you did't follow this first installation. Be warned it will wipe your user data in the process, so make sure you make a backup if needed.
In order to make the right startbase for the ROM you have to install the latest stock Pixel 3 image from Google found here.
Place the ROM and optionally the TWRP zip, a kernel and root on the phone and reboot to recovery by using the command line (fastboot boot twrp.img) or hold the VOL DOWN key while rebooting the phone.
Wipe 'data' and 'Dalvik / Art Cache' from TWRP - Wipe - Advanced Wipe or use the slider in TWRP for a factory reset. Optionally you should also delete the Android folder on your internal storage through the TWRP File Manager
Flash the ROM and optionally the TWRP zip, kernel and root and reboot the phone
Upgrades to new version
After the hard initial work to get the ROM installed it's going to be easy for upgrades to new versions.
Download the new ROM on the phone and reboot or fastboot flash to the TWRP recovery
Flash the new ROM and optionally TWRP. If you want to flash another kernel or a root solution you will have to reboot you phone, so it switches slots and let it boot normally. Then go back to recovery and flash in this order: TWRP - kernel - Magisk and reboot
After a monthly update from Google and only when Resurrection Remix has also adapted to the latest monthly sources, you will have to do an extra step:
Download the latest Resurrection Remix ROM and place it on the internal storage
Download the latest image from the Google Factory Images site, extract the bootloader, radio and vendor images and flash them in the bootloader to both slots
From here go to TWRP recovery and flash the previously downloaded new ROM, optionally followed by TWRP.
Optionally, after a reboot you can flash Magisk and/or another kernel.

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.
Thanks!

What is the list of features?
This was by far my favorite ROM and daily driver on my Nexus 6P. If this gets developed to the point it's not "experimental", I'll finally have a reason to ditch stock Android P and go with a custom ROM. So far no ROMs have made me want to switch yet. Fingers crossed and definitely going to keep an eye on this. Thanks for your work thus far @turbolukex5!

Screenshots
A few screenshots after fully customizing...
@adazem009 @Hausemaster Fantastic job! I've loaded it on my 8504F.
Only issue I can find was on initial start, I declined the face unlock, and that prevented my going any further. I rebooted, and reflashed, but it kept saying I needed app permissions...
So I flashed LineageOS 17.1 (which has never worked for me - caused a boot loop), then re-flashed Resurrection and this time accepted face unlock.
And now, it feels like I have a brand new tablet!
Thanks guys!.

Only screen recording not working...
But screen recording also not worked in lineage 16/17.1 roms...
I tried to install this but ended up in a bootloop stuck on the RR logo (for over an hour). I tried going back to stock using the Lenovo rescue tool, which mostly works, but the tablet no longer has any Wifi. Any suggestions? I'm hoping reflashing the boot.img would help but I can't find a copy of that file anywhere -- if anyone can provide that I'd really appreciate it... thanks

Which firmware are you on? (Post the version number) I'm on the latest 0031 based stock firmware and the calls (outgoing) don't work on LOS 17.1 based roms, also, I'm pretty sure that the dev removed a file that's responsible for outgoing , so, I'm not really sure how outgoing works for you, so, please provide the firmware version so that I can install it and test it myself and also to see if the outgoing calls work...

Make sure you're on the Oreo firmware. LineageOS 16.0, 17.1 and all ROMs based on them boot only on the Oreo firmware. I once tried it with the Nougat firmware, which ended up in a bootloop.

After installing RR, yes, I wiped all those. Stock version I am trying to go back to is TB_8504F_USR_S001019_1909091114_Q12000_ROW -- Since I had no pending updates prior to trying to install RR, I assume that's the one I was one prior
