Its doesn't matter now, is available. Just got the update for Hongkong P990 Versions update. http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/swdata/WEBSW/LGP990/AHKGBK/V20f_00/V20F_00.kdz

You can download your latest (v20c) Vodafone Romania kdz here.
Flashing kdz is a little tricky job, but you can find answers around here.
Or you can downgrade your phone (e.g. v10) with smartflash and then update it via lg update tool.
Euro v10d for smartflash.

i already have the kdz files but is complicated and i am not sure i will succeed.
I would have preferred the smartflash way because i have done it twice and worked superb. (but lost the firmware files)
