I think it has adaptive brightness function - controling backlight according to contents color(NOT THE adaptive brightness following external brightness) - but cannot find how to disable it. Is there anyway to disable the function?
It's just under the display properties in settings. There's no access to it from the notification toggles as far as I know though.

No I mean according to "content colors", not external brightness.
Yes, Content Adaptive Backlight Settings exist on the RP2. This screenshot is on Yalp Store, I haven't tried disabling it.

Does resurrection ROM have the ambient display feature? I might be missing it, but I don't see it anywhere. I'm talking about the wave to view notifications.
Go into settings. Scroll down until you see Gestures (under Device).
Dev said to disable and reenable. It worked for me.
Under Notifications or something similar you need to enable "show all content" when device is locked. I'm on CM 12.1, so not sure where it is in RR, but if you are telling your device to NOT show any content on a locked screen, Ambient Display will not work the way you want. Check all your Display, Notifications, Security settings.
And yes, turn off Gestures and turn them back on. That works for some people.

Hi,
is there any way to switch the positions of the navigation buttons with a quick settings button?
Like "left hand" and "right hand" mode?
In know that you're able to switch them in settings, but a quick settings tile would be really nice.
Any suggestions?

As the title, does anyone know of a way to set the refresh rate (motion smoothness) on a per app basis?
Basically the game Leos Fortune, runs way too quickly when adaptive refresh is turned on.
It play normally when standard refresh is manually enabled.
However its annoying having to manually switch the refresh option every time I want to play the game!

Neah mind, someone on reddit said I could use Bixby Routines which worked beautifully!

I received an update last week which broke my brightness slider, instead of showing the brightness level it is completely white all the time, the touch functionality is working just that the all-white slider looks ugly

Version is RMX3312_11_C.07 | Official versions
Please help if anyone knows a fix or how to revert back to previous version
I would prefer it just be black, especially when driving at night.

It's already off everywhere 'Blur' is mentioned (below).
Settings > Background > Enable Blurred Backgrounds
Settings > Lock Screen > Blur
