Indeed but mostly are modified whyred zip kernel with disabled device checking. Tho they're still working as intended but yet it comes with severe problems as well.
I've heard about hex as well, tried it too but not as good as ra does.
Tbh the best custom kernel for wayne so far, thanks man, hope u'll keep maintain this awesome kernel in the future...cheers

Yes you can,
Boot to twrp
Install kernel
And reboot
If it's stuck on mi logo, install magisk (but i hope it's not stuck)
Undervolted gpu (for more juices, but it depends on your usage)
Maybe thats the significant advantage over the stocks
So i tried this kernel, only issue i got is that for some reason my brightness on auto is hella dim and even on manual maxing it out doesn't help either, so decided to revert to my roms default kernel for now
Was this intended or bug? (Tbh i was thinking of downloading Kernel Adiutor to check what i can and can't change)

First thought, i think it's because of aosp oreo rom, bcs on miui oreo and aosp/caf pie its works well without bugs, but I'll figure it out later and when I've found something, I'll fix that on the next update

Thanks finally have a kernel to flash
How is battery consumption? In stock kernel last firmware I have 74% cpu deepsleep.
Tested with the kernel about two days with ASOP rom, no issue and running smoothly. Battery drian is normal.
My battery usage, use 2G signal and wifi. Standby 5 hours in 1%

i use f2fs twrp by thestrix,no issue for me.incase you get issue with recovery,get me recovery logs.
dirty flash your rom(wipe system,cache and dalvik cache and flash your rom+gapps and then kernel).

Introduction
Accent Kernel Is my Own Project I made it a while ago and had a good experience with it this kernel is supported in all Lineage OS based Roms AOSP and MIUI not supported so Don't flash it you will get a BootLoop over your Phone features added in this kernel are less but they are much effective for now :good: please dont mind as this only the first Version xD of this kernel suggestion are always welcome user reviews this made me upload it xD
How To Install this kernel1.Download the Kernel From the link below
2.Reboot To Recovery
3.Backup the current Boot Partition in TWRP click on backup and then uncheck everything rather than boot then swipe to backup
4.Now Click in on Install at Bottom images select Accent-kernel.img
5.select boot and swipe done its flashed
6. Now Reboot
Please Note first boot takes like 10-15 mins and after that it won't boot this means Rom is not supported. then reboot to TWRP and Restore the previous boot partition which we backed up.

If you use magisk hide with default kernel on RR it passes safetynet check. Maybe the bank apps use a different method to check root but android pay works

I would like to share an awesome ROM complied by me. This is the first ROM with EAS kernel and EAS related modifications on device side. Features are same as in the official citrus but there are some cool additional features:
- Built with Linaro 6.3.1
- A lot of modification on device side to get a well working EAS
- Darkness™ tweaked AGNi EAS kernel (Use Spectrum app)
- 24 bit 192 kHz audio playback support
- Fingerprint unlock
- Magisk added (optional)
- ARISE Sound Systems™ core and Android O QC effects module added (optional)
Made in 2 versions, a normal and an other for audiophiles with Magisk and ARISE integrated.
Viper and the other 16 bit DSPs wont work due to 24 bit audio support. If you want to use Viper and the others and dont want 24 bit audio, flash the 24 bit audio revert zip.

Is this rom still based on CAF source?
Any suggestions for player support 24bit? Poweramp with no arise doesn't work and with arise it only 16 bit
And anyway to integrate shox sound mod also ?

Already using AKT and a lot of services disableds and my battery isnt good, normal use with 4~5h SOT.

1. I had to disable 3D Touch to scroll the pages in launcher...it was launching the 3D touch immediately and quickly...

Was a thread mistake, becouse i've copy-paste from Mi Note 2 thread. No OC for MI5 and MI5s.

1. 3D touch
2. Doesn't work automatic night mode

The inbuilt MIUI Reading mode/night mode will never work unless xuaomi releases source code so don't expect it to ever work with custom kernels
Just flashed it. So far so good. Will test it with some bluetooth gadgets tomorrow No OC I am fine with coz I don't really need higher Ghz. I'd actually underclock (and undervolt too if I had the chance). 3D touch I actually turn off manually every time I go back to a MIUI rom
Currently using the Impulse governor, maple scheduler and I've also turned on Lazy plug with a balanced profile.
Any recommendations about different governors on the small and big cores?
Anyone having problems playing video recordeds from camera?

I also backed up data, deleted everything and reflashed the Rom. After that I recovered data. After a reboot everything was normal again
