Is there a way to hide the notification bar(status bar) in nova launcher and still use the notch area? when I hide notification bar and enable transparent notification bar option all I get is blacked notch

Is there anyway to move the centered nav bar to the left. I used the tablet ui mod but that removed top notification bar and setting toggle. Is there a setting I'm over looking or a universal mod?

Edit: I found this app: Smart Statusbar..is very useful for me to can see status bar in fullscreen apps
The only thing I miss from my LG V10 was the ability to toggle the notification shade from the navigation bar.
Is there any way to add this to my S8 Plus??
