The rom owner has left xda since a year so.
So please help me get these themes for my project.
Ok so this forum is becoming b00ls#1t day by day where even the so called experts turn a blind eye for queries. They are just busy maintaining their own stuff threads.
They really dont possess any basic knowledge for noobs or they simply ignore them and showcase their arrogant behavior.
Hell with such USELESS forum where answer to even a basic or a simple query is not possible.
Now after the reply those whose attitudes or so called useless sentiments got hurt will come up ranting. Thats what they do best. Only B!tc#!

I thougt it would be nice to have a new thread just to see how people that have started to use android in their wm devices are customizing their phones...
I've not done much yet, still I'm already admiring the looks of my new Diamond homescreen

Don't let this thread die, post your screens
if you dont want this thread to die, i suggest posting it in the android themes thread and not the windows mobile themes thread

This is a new concept that we are experimenting with, It is both a Live Wallpaper and a Launcher.
You could have icon anywhere on your screen and when click it will open the application of your choice, It could otherwise be a beautiful live wallpaper
You could customize everything, including making one from your own pictures
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.oslwp.launcherwall
Comments and suggestion are greatly welcome
A really good concept! But it needs to smoother and less movement on the screen. It's a bit to much. Buy still, good idea, will keep installed for futher updates!
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA App
Keep working on it, I really like the idea but agree its a bit "busy" I too am going to keep the app on my phone and watch the progress this has much potential.
Thread moved to Android general themes...please don't post the same thread on multiple forums.
I am in the process of theming the GB keyboard and I have a couple questions. The first one is...I have my keyboards posted in the Evo forums, but will they work for any HDPI device? And is it only for AOSP devices?
The other problem I am having is that my "&" key looks like "&" and I am wondering how to get rid of that.

The community has been great for help so I am hoping some of the seasoned themers can help me out.
Typed on my CyanoSavaged SuperEvo.
I don't like giving myself bumps, but someone here has to have the knowledge here to help. I don't like being a leech in the community and would like to help by doing some theming myself. But I just need some guidance here guys. Thx in advance.

I am currently looking into theming for android and have discovered GO Luancher EX's easy theme maker.
I am considering purchasing a google developer account to distribute my themes but I don't want to waste the money if people are not going to like my style of theming. So I thought I would post my first theme here and let you guys tell me what you think.
Any suggestions or criticisms are welcome.
If all goes well here then I'll hopefully be getting my developer account shortly.

It is quite good, but if you want many downloads, you have to theme everyhing, including main menu on the bottom of the main screen. And replace icons for most of the standard apps.
Here is one of mine: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gau.go.launcherex.theme.MyPurple#?t=W10.
Furthermore, if you make paid themes, keep in mind that even if the theme is very good, only 10% of the people that would have downloaded for free will pay for it.
I have been observing that like facebook and other social media platforms, XDA has become a fan follower making platform and for this purpose people around the world making fake id's for praising themselves and as a result our keen developers number decreases day by day and definitely thats a great loss .
Can XDA make a proper framework that includes verification of each and every member and delete all the fake accounts .
Because i think this platform slogan should be "Quality" not Quantity ?
What other people on this platform think ?
I am here to sell my fish ....
