Never mind, I deleted apps from the OEM partition.
That caused the error.

Like title says i keep getting force closes even after wipes when tryign to go into GMail. I had Cy's and ran the permissions script that didn't work then went back down to JF1.51 and still not working, Any ideas?
Android.process.media has stopped on boot up and also a similar message when trying to get into the cyanogenmod settings. I also noticed that wiping the system, data and cache did not truly erase all the original files and settings from the stock ROM. It connects to my wireless router without prompting for a password and also had my previous wallpaper, which I have since changed in case the file was too large and causing a problem. When I start up I have the following running automatically: Market process and service, Google services both a process and service, CMStats both a process and a service and Android Keyboard both a process and service. Is that correct? Who else is having these issues? BTW, I have 309MB of RAM free.
Tried this with the last stable CM, and nightly builds 85, 86 & 87. Same issues with all. Went into application data and cleared the cache. Cleared the cache isn the market app. Tried to reset permissions as well.
At the moment, I do not have an immediate for the CM settings, but I did install the overclocking file so I would like to try it at some point.
Also, I heard someone resolved the 1st FC by updating the market, but I can't see a way to do that other than reinstall, which I did.
Wiping the data doesn't delete original (stock) apps and settings from the ROM. It only erases and resets any apps or settings you've made personally. Sounds like you have all the correct services running at startup. I'm not really sure what's causing the FC issue. Do you have the newest version of Google Apps?
Have you tried fixing permissions via terminal emulator?
Hi
I recently went from AOKP build 37 to AOKP milestone 6 (Full Wipe). After I restored my apps+data (no system data), every single app that I launch force closes "Unfortunately, [app] has stopped".
Clearing the appdata for a particular app causes it to launch but I want my appdata.
I tried http://www.titaniumtrack.com/kb/titanium-backup-kb/titanium-backup-troubleshooting.html#system-app-FC-when-launch-restored-system-data even though it does not apply 100% without any success
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1719681 seemed promising but no success either
I have done a factory restore/wipe, cache wipe, Fix Permissions....no change. Also tried Fix Permissions from ROM Manager.
I am posting the logcat of me restoring a few apps, opening the said apps to verify the crash, clearing the appdata for these apps then relaunching to verify they start. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B04bMP_xTzMnRzNBTndMZEc2amc/edit?pli=1
Does anyone have an idea?
Sounds like there are some compatibility issues, and you may have to live without restoring the data for the app.
I was testing out titanium backup, and after backing up shadowgun, I uninstalled it, and went to restore it. However every time I try to restore, when it goes to reinstall the app, I am greeted by the insufficient space error. I've tried restarting, clearing the cache and the dalvik cache, but no.luck.
The only thing I havent tried is deleting the folder containing the game data that the app would usually have to download, but i dont think that is the issue. I can also install other apps without issue, it's just this one.
Still havent worked this out, and none of the game data appears to be on my phone (or at least that I can find)
Edit - I found the .odex file and deleted it and it worked perfectly now. Turns out I was looking in the wrong location when I first read about that as a possible reason lol.
After updating to MIUI 12.5.2(RJOINXM) system launcher sometime refreshes(crashes) when I go back to homescreen or launch an application(in this case, call of duty:mobile) which require high resources which results in changing of wallpaperback to stock one i.e., the snowy mountain one. Is this a known bug? Are there any known fixes?
I have tried installing new system launcher versions, uninstalling security app and system launcher app updates, turning memory extension on and off, clearing cache of various apps. I don't want to factory reset or go to a previous miui version, because it's gonna be a hassle to redownload everything but if there's no other fix I am open to it.
EDIT: Factory Reset fixed the problem.
