This mod replaces 120 fps slow motion. It contains stock nubia camera, imx362 libmmcamera and chromatix xml, media profiles tuned to shoot 240 fps. This mod is not for stock camera only, U can use other apps capable to shoot slomo like Hedge Camera, Smooth Action-Cam Slowmo, Freedcam (there is a bit frame loss 235-240 fps but here U can change bit rate, codec (hevc) or even shoot with flat pfofile. Stable 240 fps is reached only by stock camera and snapdragon camera at any light condition. The slowest shutter speed is 1/286,8 sec., the highest ISO is 5377. So in low light video is dark and noisy. Stock cam has problems with af, so U'd better lock it before shooting. Tested on Nubia ui 5.52.
Download and install with TWRP.

I tried on linage and stock camera didn't use 240 fps. I suppose it was my fault (made it manually and missed some files) but hedgecamera gave me stable 240 fps. Also tried on Miui 10 and it works. Tomorrow will test mokee 9 and will try to get 240 fps. GSI never tried.
240FPS Really? I will go download and try it on the RR right away. Thank you:good:

The preview is a bit cropped (our phone can't handle not cropped 240 slomo like Pixel 2, I don't know why) BTW htc U11+ and Asus zenfone 4 pro (hardware similar phones) also use cropped slomo. Only Pixel 2 can do it without tricks.

In lineageos 15.1 this app crashes both with 120fps slow motion and 240... 60fps worked but is no slow motion of course ... Does your patch fix the crashing?

On linage 15 I didn't use this zip. Just placed files manualy. And had 240 fps on hedge camera and snapdragon camera. Even if I did smth wrong I had 24 fps video, but no fc.

Since the release of Lollipop Google introduced us new API for camera and that feature is really epic. Developer Chih Mao Chen made camera app for lollipop in which our phone nexus 5 is able to record in almost 4k resolution.
Download Android L camera app here:

Note: all credits goes to developer who made this app, I'm only sharing this with you guys and sorry if this is already posted.

Low FPS for sure . and no it doesn't look that good .. Too much noise
For me its very crisp, sharp. I really love it, and it really surprises me that N5 camera can shoot 4K videos
This is a Duplicate thread!!

It doesn't for me. It's probably the camera that worked fine on 4K but the snapdragon 800 SoC that couldnt handle 4k Probably.

Use manual exposure and it records 30 FPS for sure.
Also, Snapdragon 800 does support 4K, it's the camera that doesn't (3264x2448 is 8 MP, 4K is 3840 x 2160; not enough horizontal pixels).

But still it's pretty amazing resolution. Our **** camera just got better.
My mi8 avliable only 4k,1080 and 720p in 30fps and missing Video HFR menu on regular video mode. Ver. Is Miui Global 10.2.2.0 PEAMIXM
It is the same with me. If you need higher FPS (with FHD), try Hedgecam 2.

Nothing is working, because Mi8 still lacks support of 60fps libs, any app crash.
@Johnnyman25: Your welcome.
Just manually set it to 4k + enable Video Stabilization in settings.
You could search in YouTube for "Open Camera 4k EIS".
Hedgecam2 is based on Opencamera app, but in my opinion with a better UI.
@zSyntex: My apologizes, you are actually right. You can't record at 60FPS.
In my earlier post, I tried to set the FPS manually to 60, and the app said: "Video: 1920x1080, 60fps[High Speed], 56Mbps", but at that time I didn't test it.
Sorry for this mistake.
Well as the title suggests, I tried a bunch of GCam ports but none of them support 4K video, I'm on Pixel Experience April 7 2020 build, and can't stand the Xiaomi stock cam image/video quality, especially in low light... Any suggestions ?

Knowing Galaxy camera is mot available in custom roms, which one do you use? I am specially interested in 60fps and 120fps recording as well as wide lens camera. Exynos variant
I'm on stock so I haven't tried it, but take a look at this: https://www.reddit.com/r/galaxys10/comments/in6a1v

Thanks. Working very good so far on my S10 Exynos with Lineageos 17.1. I used the ZGCam 7.4 version 1.0344. I can't get the link to the latest version.
Edit: Slow Motion and Photo Sphere options doesn't seem to work yet on this version. Also videos are on 30 fps, 60 fps doesn't seem to work yet.

This is probably the best balanced GCam out there. Photos come out very detailed and sharp. Colours aren't overexposed. Needs very little tweak to get it work as you like. And most of all, the buffer fix is just awesome. Not only does it take better balanced photos than almost all of the GCams I've ever tried, it also fixes the ViewFinder lag. This is literally the go-to GCam for all users.
Though, the Night Sight and Photo Booth doesn't work. That's just the only two things to watch out for. Other than that, it's literally the best GCam for Realme 6 for now. 5/5
