Just patch level, nothing more. Think about that, 03/2019 and we got 01/2019 patch level, for a high end device... Now we are on 02/2019

I flashed it on .45 firmware (Feb Security Patch), it did boot but it is very unstable. Not meant for daily usage.
If you really want to just see it boot, downgrade your phone to .45 firmware but I'd suggest you to wait for the Q launch.

Just report another problem. On Pixel3 Rom minimum brightness is much bigger than on MIUI. Any fix? I am using vendor of stable 10.2.2.

You're right to use oxygen updater, but you should be selecting full update rather than incremental.

There is an app in addition oxygen updater Because according to the clips I saw, I should go. about device Click on update and there are 3 dots And there I choose Local install
