Yes I am succeeded instal it on secondary rom.
The only issue is fingerprint And home button not working, same issue as oos N. Maybe itu caused by different firmware.

For successfull installation Just remove firmware and modem folder from rom's Zip. Or else you can flash right firmware for primary rom after instal h2os N.
Gapps by manually installing play store apk. It seems that this Rom has inbuilt play service apps.
what is different with OOS beta 9 ?
I think we can install Open Beta 9 to have gapps, then dirty flash latest H2OS + SuperSU

but H2OS have "gapps" (only Google Play services) you need to install Google Play and Google app via apk. If you need Google on long press home just find in settings "buttions" then "home buttion" and change action on long press to Assistant.

Yeah, xposed featured on Nougat will hit like a bomb!

I successfully installed Rovo's installer and then Xposed v88 through the installer via recovery. First boot might take a couple of minutes.

Hello guys, has anybody managed to successfully run Play Store on the Chinese ROM? I'm running the latest V2.23 and I can't make the Play store work. I've installed Google Services Framework, Google Play Services, Webview and Account Manager but all I'm getting is a spinning circle on Play Store, also I can't add Google account trough the setting. Any ideas?

Coming back to Android - How to flash global rom via twrp on a magisk rooted mi9

Hey guys,
coming back to android after several years of using apple smartphone devices at work. (was active here when the htc magic was launched)
So far I was able to read myself in on how things run these days. I was able to go through all the hoops, got the device unlocked, decrypted - used a users video guide from the forum here to install twrp for recovery - rooted the device with magisk and was happy to be able to use the apps that needed root.
Now I am sitting here with the first ota update after the flash: MIUI V10.2.26.0.PFAEUXM Stable 2.2G and I am getting triggered by the popups to update (taskbar, icon symbol) - I clicked on update and when I reboot I get into twrp not the stock recovery, seems legit cause he awaits a xiaomi flash but boots into twrp.
My question now is:
can I update the miui from twrp if I have the zip file without loosing my data? would be a pain to setup all the apps again and I am a bit too uncertain to test this now.
best regards
Lucin
If it's the same rom base but only an update then yes..... Meaning global rom to global rom update.... EU ROM to EU ROM UPDATE then yes!!! Just update through TWRP and you won't lose data

Ok - Thank you that is exactly what I want to do - just tried it and unfortunately I get some Errors. See attached photo. Someone can enlighten me?
Could it be due to me restarting from the Update window from miui? Maybe I should try to get the rom separetly and save it on the device in another folder?
