I tried this but it not want to boot in recovery so it not perfect ... But there is a new hop for our beloved S4 Active GT-I9295!

It should work if bootloader is unlocked with twrp.
Are there any original ROM zips should it go tits up?
Such a waste that nubia and meizu and other small brand phones have great hardware designs but crappy software and no development support
