Did you back up your EFS folder? If you did there is a simple fix, just inserting the efs folder back into the phone.
If you didn't, it will be more difficult. Search the forum. there are threads already out there that explain how to work on this.

I make a big mistake, my wife and me have a same phone, mi mix one, and I flash a backup of here on my phone. So now I can do a phone call or surf on internet with LTE but I don't have IMEI and can't connect my Xiaomi account... I searched on web and find many solution but no one resolved my problem. My wife's phone is completely OK and I can take any file if necessary, I have the box of my phone with IMEI number too.
Please help me

Try flashing with an original stock rom

I have a RogPhone 3 and need to backup qcn, im try like a GUIDE on XDA that take a qcn with QPST, but I have tryed multiple ways and not work, allways give me a Error Memory Failed when start backup.
Any idea how can fix this and backup qcn?

I had a problem much like yours. I have flash a rom for my part which was not compatible with my phone while at the beginning I think the opposite is my phone it is put with a black screen impossible to start it neither in fastboot nor in recovery the phone remains block an edl mode because they can't start a no mode

Maybe, you can restore a nv backup from another rn10pro. After, you write your imei
