LG v40 thinq language pack

Hallo
I have a LG V40 thinQ from ATT. I am looking for solution to install Polish language because ATT firmware doesn't have it in stock. Is there solution for this problem?? Can I flash phone to global firmware from ATT firmware using LG UPDATE TOOL??

Does this firmware also contain Italian? how can I use it on a branded LG V40?

Can these firmware be flashed on the HK LG V40?
This one is also a LMV405EBW model.

Is it possible to flash LMV405EBW onto a Korean (LM-409N)? I bought a korean version because LG didn't initially release the V40 in the UK, but now that they have, it would be great to get the European firmware running on mine. Even though system language is set to English on my Korean handset, a few menu items come up in Korean as do all OTA updates!
I tried using LGUP v0.0.1.18. My phone is recognised by LGUP, but when I try to flash the EBW KDZ I get an "error Invalid KDZ" message. From what I've gathered since, the V40 needs LGUP v1.16 which I can't seem to find anywhere. Has anyone else had any luck with the V40, LGup and stock firmware?

Guys, how do you flash the v40 if the lgUP is still not support the v40. I tried the 1.14 version can't detect it. Try the 1.15 version, i need to log in which I don't have the account. Try to flash it via lg flashtool, have difficulty to find dll for lg v40. Would really appreciate if there is someone who can create a forum to tell how to flash lg v40 with a supported tool for a newbie like me. Thanks in advance:good:

Unfortunately there’s no way to flash the V40 currently..there’s No working LGUP for it as yet..
Your better off waiting for pie OTA and go from there..

I have the same model LM-V405EBW but I from INDIA.Which KDZ should I use as there is no OTA update yet for this phone here.
We have dual sim variant and it has dual VoLTE enabled so can someone confirm which region firmware would work for me?

Can this T-Mobile firmware be flashed over the Verizon software? Also, is there an unbranded firmware that can be used for American phones kind of like the way Samsung S series are?

Just got my tmo g8 yesterday, there is very little bloat. It seems to mostly respect lg's work. Not sure if that's a concern for you.

I thought the bootloaders were locked on all the US variants. How exactly would you flash this?

You can flash it with lg UP, but only to the intended variant, i don't believe we have a modified dll to allow us to cross flash kdz's between different models.

I've a LG v40 ATT and it's still network locked planning on crossflashing to Korean firmware I just want to know if it won't affect unlocking in the phone when the unlock code is available

We recommend staying on your current firmware in order to unlock and then after cross flashing

Hi, I'm currently having an LG V40 AT&T LM-V405UA, with AT&T bloatware on it. How do I know if it's unlocked or not, I can use my SIM card from other carrier with no problem. Also, how can I unlock the bootloader if there is no fastboot available on my device? If I were to use LGUP, which one of the firmware file should I use?

I'd suggest using this website: https://lg-firmwares.com/lg-lmv409n-firmwares/
but also use a download manager. They make numerous connections at the same time, get different parts simultaneously, and assemble them when it's done.

Thanks! I was able to download it at 1Mb/sec... Most sources I found on google are capped at 100Kbps... And it takes more than a day to download the 5Gb firmware
