The recording must be set at regular 4K or lower if you have 4K 60FPS you can't record in HDR10

Seems like the 4K 60fps seems to be much better quality for some reason when I compared to the same videos so I'm just going to keep it that way thanks for the heads up.

Did you have it on SLOMOTION VIDEO SETTING?
there's a little toggle to turn it on and off.

Where is this toggle?

It's a setting in the camera on the settings wheel. Are you referring to videos that you took with the camera, or files you've copied to the phone? If the latter is the case, try a alternate video player like MX player. It's possible that the built in decoder isn't reading the frame rate or bitrate on those files correctly.

For video playback quality Full HD!!! Know hardware support there! But as a video with the quality, then play audio only! Explain to me why? Maybe there's a chance?

get mx player from google and app settings , then change dpi 100 and dpi res 1000x600 something like this , try !
Don't forget to enable hardware acceleration in MX Player. It'll speed up things a lot.

Has anyone really messed around with the 4k resolution on there Note 3? I just realized we had it a few days ago. If you didn't know just go to camera and settings then video setting and change the resolution.
Here is a video test I made.

no, you can't record a slow-motion video but you can edit it with your pc later and decrease the speed of the video
You can install the ported app from Z(1 or 2 i don't remember) which includes slow-motion
I try timeshift video but say that camera is not usable

Snapdragon 400 cannot process UHD or Slo-mo vids because it lacks a core dedicated for it unlike the SD 800 and above series which can
Htc one mini record slow motion video and have a worse hardware than xsp
