[Q] No sound on my Touch Viva

I have a HTC Touch Viva. There is no sound when I play music or video but there is sound when my alarm goes off and when there is an incoming call. I can hear the person on the other end when I talk over the phone. Thus there shouldn't be any problem with the speaker or the receiver.
What could be the problem? Please help!

try doing a hard reset..

If that doesnt work, how about a change in the ROM itself?

Better test the device and pull the volume up down buttons when viewing videos or listning to audio...else,reflash the ROM or perform a hard reset.

Well? wat happened? also there is a volume control in Windows Media Player. Did you try that?

[Q] BT incall volume is to low

Hi all . My BT incall volume is to low i mean in street i cant hear some one. is any vay to make it louader ? and how ! i need that imadiatly

I have the same problem, but if i reset the tab the incall volume is ok, then i recover my apps backup with titanium and have the problem another time... i think it's a problem with some app

No Body can help ?

What I did was during a call, I increase the volume. But I had to do it almost everytime there is a call. Could it be a bug?

Hi all I have a problem with the rom hyperion 8 installed on my device S5570I... in practice does not start at the first incoming call ring tone ... kindly tell me from what could be the problem?

sorry but what do not you understand?
the first incoming call does not ring the phone ...
the second call then starts regularly with the ringtone ...

serius sensor proplem

Hi when I cover the two sensors on the top and somebody call me only the bottom speaker is working ,so I miss calls because I use a case and they are always covered.
Please what to do? Thanks.

Thanks for that but i already try that. Its very strange i dont know what to do

When i restart the phone both speakers work for few minutes and then it's the same only one rings maby it's a bug?

A problem with sound after having a call

Hi everyone,
Recently, I face an issue with my XZ1 Compact.
The phone is normal but after having/receiving a phone call, ringtone is decrease. Then,
- If someone calls me, I can't hear ringtone
- I set a sound when lock/unlock by finger print, but I can't hear anymore.
I try to put phone close the ear and realize it has sound but very very low....
I can fix it temporarily by turning on Airplane Mode, then turning it off, sound is normal now.
Could anyone help me? Is this an issue with software or hardware?

This problem will be due to something you have installed.
No one else has ever had this problem
Uninstall the software that makes noises with the fingerprint reader. That will be the problem.
