Dear all,
I installed Ping test application through Internet (not AppStore).
And then, I took ping test from V40 to my Server.
However, the test result is timeout even if Ping reply messaged is arrived to V40. ( I checked that DM Software)
In addition, When I download somethings from my Server using FTP protocol, I have checked that it worked well.
So, I think V40 is blocking ICMP protocol or filtering it.
Is there any solution about that?
Thanks.

Youre pinging server from v40? Often servers have block for ICMP receive.
Try ping your PC.
Dear strk3r
Thanks for reply. But I already checked that V40 is received ping reply from lte eNodeB.
And I already confirmed that server can send reply message.
The V40 isn't blocking ICMP replies. You have other networking issues.

Naughty boy!!!
You now have at least three threads advertising your site. You may get away with one thread for a non-commercial site and you can update it from time to time. You cannot open up a new thread for each section of your site!!
I will leave THIS thread open - the others are closed.
Interesting site by the way - keep it up.

Hello guys,
If I'm surfing with my Kaiser and I lost my wifi connection than the GPRS pops upp automaticly. With a prapaid card it cost a lot off money.
Does anyone know how to shut it down defenitly?
Thanks

Not sure but i think you can go into your Connections setting and then to manage exsiting connections under My ISP and delete the name.

Here is the .cab, works well on my phone to block non wifi data connections
KaiserTweak can be used to disable data connections.
Set Enable: MEdia Net and Enable: AT&T ISP GPRS to Disabled.

I share this tool in case this possibly help somebody.
I use a french operator called SOSH with CM10.1 (NX Kernel) ROM.
Everything works fine, except the tethering.
Tethering started on my Note, my tablet is connected, except that it can not access the internet.
This seems to come from the IP tables. So I developed a small tool to correct them.
If you have the same problem, try to install the APK and start the application.
When you activate the tethering, allowing ROOT rights.
That's all ...
You can view the status by running the application.
Should work for WiFi and BT.
Tested only on CM10.1 with SOSH. I do not know if the problem occurs on other operators.

It works also on galaxy s2 i9100 with VodafoneIt
Cyanogenmod 10.1.3
great work man!! u r the best
my internet seems to be ramping up and the diving.
take a look at this
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/262745654/WTF ISP.png
my phone is getting blazing fast speeds while my PC is on a roller coaster.
i dont even know what info you would need to help with this.
win 7 x64 ult
arris modem
linksys router.
router was not hooked up for most of the test as i bypassed it.
but the speeds did not change when i hooked it back up and my phone is still pulling full speed from the router so modem and router seem to be working fine. the only thing that i can think of is that my network controller is messing up but what on earth would cause it to ramp up slowly over 2 hours then dive only to do it over again.
ask away i really need this to stop.
edit: there was even an updated driver for my NIC that i just found that came out about a month ago and STILL no better.
Do a jitter test, I'm sure it's caused by jitter.
