I know how to set my camera to store pics to SD card.
But, how do I set things like pics I save from a text message to SD? Or screenshots save to SD? Is there a way to do this without manually transferring?

How do I email an attachment w/Tilt using gmail and the regular email app that comes w/the Tilt. I see were i can attach a pic, but it goes to the device my pictures folder, i can't see were to get into the storage card folder, i see were you can select all folders and it brings up everything on teh device, but nothing on the storage card, the programs files is empty on all folders too, can you not attach from the storage card w/the outlook email? Also is there a way to make a my documents folder on the device that has a path to the storage card?
I have a number of camera templates that I want to install on the storage card. I have gone into the camera setup and told it that the templates are in the main memory and on the storage card, but if I put the templates in a template folder in my documents on the storage card or if I put them directly into my documents on the storage card, the camera does not see them. How can I leave them on the storage card and still use them?

You can Import/Export phone contacts from/to the SD card (sdcard folder).
This means that the contacts are going to/coming from the internal SD card, not your external SD card, if you have one.
Where are they coming from if you export them to the SD card?
Are they coming from Internal Phone Storage?
What is exported exactly? Just the names and tel. numbers, or all of the contact info you have entered (tel. no., e-mail, pics, notes, home addresses, etc.)?
If you delete all your phone entries and then Import from the SD card, will ALL the contact info come back faithfully, or will you be missing any info?
Has anyone here ever tried this?

I heard before that you can transfer contact data onto SIM cards and take them with you to other phones.
I don't see an option to transfer contacts onto the SIM card with the SGS.
I had a Blue Earth recently that allowed this.
The manual says there is a way to copy contacts to your SIM card, but it mentions selecting 'a contact', not your entire contact list.
I also can't find this feature on my phone anymore (I did once).

i am using a galaxy s 8 gb phone and 16gb external sd with darkys 7.6 (amazing rom)
i have 2 questions
1) is there a possibility to put the gameloft cache files on the external sd card and not use the internal sd memory.
2) when even i receive a contact through whatsapp application or blue tooth it is stored by default in the phone memory i use google for all my contacts, once received in the phone memory i cannot transfer it to the google contacts without physically re-entering the contacts over again.

Hi, i wanna transfer all my photos and videos on sdcard.
Every past and future images like whatsapp images, screenshot, etc. I am on Lollipop but can't move Album to sdcard.

not sure about whatsapp photos/videos, but for all the rest you can go to settings -> storage -> transfer data to SD card
Don't work with whatsapp... And every new photo i need to transfer manually going to storage...
How i can do automatically? And how for whatsapp media?
You can't do anything with WhatsApp until WhatsApp itself starts supporting it.
you can go to the camera settings and set the save location to the sdcard so that all new pictures taken will be saved automatically on your sdcard rather than the internal storage

If a take a photo (saved it on sdcard) return "Impossible to save"
