What is this?
This is a Semi Generic System Image. That means it's a generic system image that's been optimized as much as possible for our Samsung Devices.
How the heck do I flash this?
It's slightly different than flashing a zip, so here's what you need to do.
Download the image file
Flash Endurance GSI Kernel in TWRP
Flash BRJ6 Vendor
Flash the System Image to your System Partition
Optional if you want root (but reccomended): Reboot to recovery again then flash your choice of Magisk. I use 17.1 as I can get galaxy wear to work with that version.
Reboot your device and you should be good to go! No need to flash gapps as they're included.

You need to install GAPPS 9.0 after rebooting into recovery following install of system image. This should be mentioned in the instructions.
Then you will get the usual install section after boot up and the usual google apps etc. I used GAPPS 9.0 nano.
All working well on my S9+.

Best rom atm! Perfect to set it up just the way you want it without bloat apps.
Just had to change Product.model to pixel xl in build props to get higher quality on Facebook vids.

I can't flash the system image . Why is it ending in .xz ?
Its a compressed file, I just used 7zip to extract it.

Is Bluetooth working for you?
which camera you're using on this ROM?
Didn't work for me, had two issues:
-Internal Data not being seen
- No network connection
- Says not to flash gapps, but it is needed as nothing is installed.
For me now, this isn't a usable ROM.

i installed this good rom on my G965F and everything is working - BIG thx @devs...
I have only one question/issue: With my registered fingerprint i can unlock the screen - this works perfect, but in 3rd-party-apps i get an error with fingerprint and i cant use my fingerprint in these apps (e.g. banking app). Anyone know how to use my fingerprint in 3rd-party-apps? This is not working on all Pie-(s)GSI, not only on DU...

Treble lets that many GSI roms can boot now in our device (but it still requires some adjustments).
I will release soon instructions to use them.
Bluetooth is not working properly. Devices do not pair after disconnect. Libsecure_storage does not help.

Which TWRP version should I use? (3.3, 3.1.1...)
Will apps like some online banking apps that check for root or other changes to the system work? I need to be able to use my banking app and otherwise I see no reason to switch just now.
Does Secure Folder work with this rom?
Can I install/move full applications to my SD card? 16 GB is pretty low

Full System Animations/transitions from Pixel Q Beta 5 firmware. And 6T support is difficult as I can't boot 6T vendor to see how it works with modifications and then there's also the need for a different system to support fp scanner etc. I'll try looking for some 6T Dev who's willing to maintain MidnightSix for 6T.

best to just unlock the bootloader first, it will stick so once u flash this you will not have to do it again.

Frigging finally! Was waiting for a ColorOS ROM. To fix issues, you could probably take blobs from OPPO R15 Pro, which I believe has identical hardware.
Edit: actually they're the same, except it's not Snapdragon 845 based.

I get qualcom crash error after i flash the Realme rom from fastboot.

Got to boot into the rom but now facing the following problems:
1) 2nd sim does not have network.
2) primary sim is not getting any sms.
3) facebook, messenger, whatsapp - opens to black screen and only way is to reboot the phone.

I had the same sim issue. I shut off the phone and took the card out, then turned it back on, put in my pin, and then put the card back in and it worked fine. Not sure if this works for the second SIM issue, I only have one.

I did that but still did not getting any SMSs. I've kept the 2nd sim disabled because anyway it is not getting any network.
I think I have to move back to Evolution rom. This rom is good but has bugs. Apart from the SMSs issues I found that the built in video app is also goes black like facebook and whatsapp. The only way to close it is to reboot the phone.
And here's new update! This one hopefully will be more stable, also thanks to Guzram, I managed to fix the black screen issue!

0. Flash OOS 10/H2OS 10/DP3 Q (any stock Q ROM)
1. Reboot to fastboot
2. Unlock bootloader
3. Boot Device
4. Reboot to fastboot
5. Flash TWRP
6. Boot in TWRP
7. Make sure you're on slot A,if you're on B then reboot to fastboot and use
fastboot --set-active=a

8. Download and flashEPR for your device model.
9. Reboot to twrp, Format Data, wipe system and boot in fastboot mode.
9. Connect phone to PC.
On PC
0. Unpack RealmeUI Q for OnePlus6T Mar05 by Jay's Dev Team.zip
1. Double Click Clean Flasher .bat (it could take 5-10 minutes to flash)
2. Phone will boot automatically in OPPO Firmware.
3 .Enjoy! Just install MAGISK APK if you want root! you don't need to flash anything.

Warning! DO NOT flash RealmeUI OTA's! They may brick Your phone! If You end up flashing one anyway, just use EDL mode or fastboot to go back to stock firmware.

Hi to everyone! I'm gonna to try this rom and then I'll give my feedback.
Anyway I've a question: why it's not possible to flash the zip file through twrp? because in this case i've access with windows OS but usally i've a mac and flash every single rom's components it's not very practical.

Hi everyone,
A feedback after using this ROM for a half a day now. SMS was a problem at the beginning, I had to reset APN settings twice to have it work smoothly.
Camera app never worked. I had to install GCAM and OPCAM, but still main shooting is not working. Video, selfie and pano work fine. The idea of not having fingerprint or face-unlock turns to be annoying. Face-unlock on Oxygen OS was the most used feature ever. So, I'm getting used to the new swipe-to-unlock old days method.
Performance wise, the OS is butter smooth. Very fast. No lags in any aspect.
Rom worked real well except the SMS issue made me change. Really hope that gets fixed
