a screenshot would have been helpful.
the phone does has a feature called something like a "floating shutter button". Hold and drag the shutter button and you can position it anywhere on the screen

Config> nav buttons> in menu hold the button than you want to set the snapshot propiety and voila, it's done.

Youtube notifications missing action buttons

Hey,
It's a minor, but annoying issue. I'm missing the action button on the youtube notifications. I usually click the watch later and that adds the video to my Watch Later playlist. Now this button is missing in miui12.
Here's a notification now:
